Not even convenient to anything !

Cons: Desk staff, and clean the entire hotel !

Not good ! Desk staff must have been having a rough day, not friendly at all. Rooms could have been cleaner, along with the rest of the hotel.

Carpet had a lot of stains Coffee maker had a lot of dust on it There was a headband right near the bed on the floor Tv sucked. Words never matched the people talking..to much of a delay

Pros: Clean.
Cons: Fire the cook!
Location: Next to the highway, just what you'd expect from a motel.
No problem with the room or with the staff. The noise from the highway, however, was pretty bothersome. The scrambled eggs they served for breakfast were horrible! I guess they used some dried eggs mix, added boiling water and served as "scrambled eggs", although they didn't taste like eggs. I have never tasted anything as disgusting as those. Ended up going to a McDonald's nearby.

We were greeted by 2 warm staff members that went beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The surroundings were quite and restful. I will plan to stay there again.

Terrible customer service

Very poor customer service. The front desk employee was not accommodating. House keeping did not clean room AT ALL. We spent the whole day out and when we came back at night the rooms were not clean. Housekeeping claimed we had a "do not disturb" sign which we did not. The front desk employee refused to bring clean towels or anything. The manager was not present and has still not contacted us. One of the worst experiences ever. Would not recommend this hotel. There are lots of other choices in the area in the same price category which may have nicer employees.

I was not happy with Comfort Inn. They did not clean our room and when we said something the next day to the person in charge she did not seen too concern about it.

Cons: La atención del Front Desk, la limpieza y mantenimiento en general del hotel pero principalmente de las habitaciones, y mejorar el desayuno.
La habitación olía muy mal, a viejo. El desayuno tenía solo lo mínimo indispensable.

stayed there for the night following a concert, we were tired, the room was very quiet, the hotel was not crowded, the ac worked and the room stayed dark allowing us to sleep in.
