“A Good Experience”

The employees, from the desk clerk to the lady at the breakfast room were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All with a sunny disposition. Room was comfortable and roomy. Bathroom was furnished with an abundance of linens, so had more than enough towels and they were even somewhat soft. All in all, we had a good experience at this hotel. Will go back if we need to stay in a hotel again in this city.

“Wonderful Hotel”

I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn each time I have come to San Antonio. If I did have a problem of any kind, they would immediately take care of it. It is close to everything that I am there to see, and yes, I would recommend it to any of my traveling friends, and I definitely will be back to stay again. I have chosen this hotel for three times now, and love it. I will be back......... The only thing I would recommend, is some loungers by the pool...I did not see any this last time there, At least they were not out, if they did have them.

“Best Budget Hotel”

I stayed here for a three-night weekend in early June, and it was possibly the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. For starters, the price was cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express just on the other side of the highway, and the service/comfort was just as good, if not better. The front desk workers were especially helpful and efficient. Everything was very clean and well-kept. It's on the highway, but you'd never know because the rooms and hallways are very quiet. All I would improve if I could was the continental breakfast--small selection and short hours, but there's an IHOP just a mile south anyway. I definitely recommend this hotel!

“Great Hotel, Except for Breakfast Hours”

Everything about the hotel was very nice, except that the weekend breakfast hours did not open until 7:00 a.m. (later than the weekday hours). For those of us traveling and needing to be at a nearby race event by 6:30 to 7:00 a.m., the delayed breakfast hours were inconvenient. The employee setting up for the breakfast was somewhat defensive over the growing crowd of guests who were waiting on her to finish the preparations. Hotel seemed unwilling to change their routine to accommodate a significant block of guests who were in this situation of needing to get up and on their way early. The food itself was above average.

The hotel address did not match the address in Expedia, it was about 2 miles north of the location on my Expedia reservation. Good price good hotel would staff there again
