Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was close to the train station. No laundry service but there was a 24 hour laundromat within 5 minutes of waking. Would stay again if ever back in Sendai.

It's hard to write a review about hotels in Japan because the service is always good. Wonderful staff who were very accommodating and patient with my poor Japanese.

The shower was really noisy! I thought the room was too cold. I struggled to adjust the AC and to make things worse there were no blankets! It is my fist time and my last time!

Nice Hotel in Sendai
Normal Japanese Business hotel. Staff Very Friendly and helpful. Supermarket just down the street, 7 minute walk to the station.

wish there’been more lighting. The room was quiet dark I can’t even read books. The only thing could complain though. And the scene outside the window is just another building so do not expect too much. And I really don’t want to write anymore. Why so many words remanded? ????????????????????

Great value for our money. Absolutely glitzy compared to other hotels we’d stay in for the same price. A little annoying how there was no way to indicate to staff that we weren’t interested in room cleaning/bed-making (i.e. “Do Not Disturb” sign), since I feel slightly less at-home and secure when I know someone has wandered into our room to change things. Other than that, wonderful room. Clean, comfortable, and convenient

It is a little away from Sendai station, there is about 5-6 minutes walk from Sendai station to the hotel, but it was not difficult to find. Google map does very good job also. The hotel maintain the US holiday inn standard, hence there is no surprise. One thing to mention is that for $10 extra, the breakfast is definitely a deal! I would also recommend to get yokoso data sim. It is so reliable, good price, and no worry to ship wifi router back/forth.

A friend and I went up for little sight seeing trip. The hotel was great. The rooms were nice. The staff was wonderful. They were able to give us directions anywhere we needed to go, and give us recommendations on places to see and restaurants to go to when we asked. They were very polite and courteous. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. The area is great too. It's within walking distance to the train station and many popular restaurants and stuff.

Very comfortable, friendly staff and good breakfast selection. Walkable from Sendai station, although it's on the 'quiet' side of the station; a couple of restaurants etc. nearby, but the west side of the station has a lot more.

The hotel was a little difficult to find and is located about 5 to 6 blocks away from the JR Sendai Shinkansen station, but once I found it, I really enjoyed how spacious and clean the room was. I would definitely return here when I'm in Sendai again.

Our entire group requested non-smoking rooms, and they had none to give. Mine was the worst, and the windows do not open. This hotel needs to make room for non-smokers. I cannot recommend it for this reason.

Quick overnight
We just needed a not too expensive place to stay in Sendai for one night. The hotel was very easy to find, the staff spoke English well, there were handy convenience stores between the train station and hotel, and the breakfast that was included in the room rate was extremely varied and delicious.

We thought this was a nice hotel, convenient to the train station, and included a breakfast buffet which is alot nicer than the Holiday Inn breakfasts in California that I have experienced. The facilities were clean and in good repair. The best thing about it is the hotel staff is always very welcoming and professional. The rates were very reasonable. Alot of airline flight attendants stay here. This is in a safe area.

We originally booked a 1 bedroom 3 person stay, but it was sold out so they comped us individual room and breakfast. Susukino is okay but would be better during winter.

Surprisingly good hotel for the price I paid
Excellent. Since the description said "a business hotel", I expected a small room as my previous experience. But the room was not as small as expected. Good service with pleasant hotel staffs. I would recommend this hotel highly. Don't let the low price deceive you.
