Unpleasant

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Front desk clerk impolite and non obliging. We booked for non oking and the smell of cigarette smoke on the second floor where our room was. Was appealing plus disgusting. Itade our stay almost painful, since being an asthmatic, the smoke stinch made our stay most unpleasant. The front desk didn't care about out well being.

Microtel stay

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable beds and space to move about in the room
Cons: Door lock mechanism needed fixed
Location: Waterloo Outlets
In town for the weekend for outlet shopping. Wanted a nice hotel close to stores. This fit perfectly! Close to everything. Comfortable. Other than minor problems with our door the room was fantastic.

Overnight stay in Finger Lakes

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Dog friendly, good breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location.
Cons: Rooms a little small. Lighting above bed could be better for reading.
Location: It was on the canal. Nice place to walk my dog. Ate at a great restaurant in Geneva, short drive away. Lots of wineries and state parks to visit.
We were looking for a dog-friendly comfortable place to stay in the Finger Lakes, and this was perfect. The room was a little small, but adequate. Continental breakfast was just right. Location was convenient.

Micro means small

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Our room was tiny!! No refrigerator or microwave. Staff said only suites had refrigerators and microwave. The room contained a queen size bed and one chair for the desk. There was barely room to turn around. Breakfast was bagels, toast, or cold cereal. Tissues and toilet paper was rough and thin. Very cheap. Would never stay in this hotel again.

PIT STOP

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Price, breakfast.
Cons: Rooms a little bigger. Towels you can't see through.
Location: Didn't matter on this trip.
Just fine for an overnight stay. Nothing special, nothing bad. Just a good, clean room for a short stop on a long trip.

Nice hotel close to wineries.

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Although it was quite full, it was quiet. It was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant.
Cons: The only problem was the air conditioning. The temperature was not regulated. It would let the room get very warm before turning on.
Location: Near wineries and Women's Rights Museum. On Labor Day, museum, most local restaurants and shops closed. Did find great Mexican restaurant in Waterloo
We were looking for a clean place with a comfortable bed. That's what we got!

Close to outlet shopping in Waterloo, NY.

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: The price is reasonable, the place is clean and comfortable (and not in the bedbug registry), and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Cons: When you walk past a smoking room, the smell is disgusting.
Location: We go for the shopping, but we also like to go and eat in nice restaurants near the lakes.
Stayed in this hotel before, and will stay again. It's only a 10 minute drive to the outlet shopping in Waterloo, NY.

Messed up reservation

Posted Aug 25, 2014
I booked a non-smoking room via expedia but when I checked in, the staff gave me a smoking room, saying that all non-smoking rooms were occupied. I was also told that prepaid booking (i.e. expedia) does not guarantee that you'll get the type of room you want.

Traveling from PA to A. Bay with a stop at the finger lakes for the day. This was a cheap decent place to get some sleep and shower before heading north.
