First room was not clean, bed unmade, and trash on floor. Assigned another room, dirty.used towels and trash can full. Bed linen has not been changed.

The room and breakfast was adequate for our one night stay. However, the room was very cold and not possible to adjust the temperature due to centralized control at the hotel. Also, no hand towels or wash cloths, only one bath towel per person.

Good Stopover
The reception staff member was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had, remembering this was during the covid crisis, was that the evening meal was delivered to our room was not very hot. I fully understand the problem, but it was a little dissapointing. Apart from that our stay was very good.

Unable to eat in the hotel restaurant - an important reason for staying overnight in this hotel. Restaurant was crowded and reservations not allowed. Had to go out to get a MacDonalds. Then had to wait so long for service at the bar to buy a beer that my MacDo went cold before I could eat it. When I complained the receptionist was agressive. Over priced hotel for what you get.

Very easy to get too and the surrounding area was great for anything you needed. However, uncomfortable pillows and room smelt a little smokey when wasn’t very nice. However, service was good and helpful.

Good stop-over hotel
Good location for A1 motorway and also for a stop-over in a lovely town. The rooms weren’t large but the beds were comfortable, with black-out blinds. Wi-fi worked which was a bonus.

Great place to stay.
Visited on a trip to Parc Asterix lovely Hotel and great food. Senlis has a nice feel and lovely for a visit. Very close to the Parc Asterix and gave us a taste of French culture before Paris.

Fabulous attached restaurant
Bed and room comfortable and clean! Restaurant was wonderful and incredibly reasonably priced. Breakfast fantastic, fresh bread, real yogurt and terrific fresh cheese. Only downside was the smoky smell that lingered from th restaurant grill. We were below the restaurant. It bothered me but not my husband.

Handy drop off location close to autoroute
I have stayed many times at Ibis Senlis before and after its refurbishment. It's handy for the motorway north out of Paris, Charles de Gaulle Airport and the beautiful Chantilly and its surrounding forests.

Just wanted a cheap hotel in this area. Ibis fit the bill perfectly. 24 hour reception staff, free wifi, and a good grill restaurant attached. Room was small, not much storage space, but clean and quiet.

The hotel was ok but we wouldn't recommend the attached 'Grill'. The service was very slow - we had to request bread and water four times, an 'aperitif' arrived at the same time as the food and bottle of wine (and water), many people were waiting for ages for their food and when we got our bill three items were included which we hadn't requested. In the end we just laughed as nothing else could go wrong ...

Nice hotel with efficient check-in. Restaurant was excellent with attentive staff and adequate menu for overnight stay. Lack of tea/coffee facilities was a disappointment as this is usually standard in lower grade operations.

Great location for travelling South
This hotel is just off the main road to Paris but is very quiet and comfortable. Lots of parking and only a 15 minute walk into Senlis itself.Very comfortable beds and stff very helpful.
