Relatively good
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: The doors, not to make a big noise. The fan in the bathroom, to be controlled by the guest.
Location: Very close to the station, and if you like walking, you can easily walk to the City Hall area.
The locations is wonderful. There is underground path all the way to City Hall area, but it is under construction; you can walk there but the air is bad and there seemed to have been an accident one way while i was staying at this hotel. I saw many ambulances and fire-fighting vehicle. Most of the hotel staffs are nice. The fan in the bathroom is quite noisy. They turned it on and off, so you cannot stop it by yourself. The doors make big noise when shut. If you shut it quietly, no problem, but most of the customers open the door and leave it to naturally close, so it makes a big noise. You can hear people talking in the corridor. Except the noise of the above three, it is quiet. The bath tub is big. Very friendly housekeeper. Free bottle of water/coffee/tea every day. Good security(i.e. cannot go upstairs using elevator without a card key of the room). The fitness room is small and has only a few machines, but when i went there no one was using them. Airpot limousine buses stop right in front of the hotel. Free wi-fi provided, but it gets cut too often. So, if you want to work there using the Internet, it is better to rend a proper wi-fi rooter provided by various companies. Big window with nice city view. Good black-out curtain. Switch of the a/c is far from the bed, which is inconvenient. The speakers of TV are not good.

Hotel Experience - Korea
Posted Jan 20, 2012
Location: Location was close to all markets around the proximity.
A little smokey within a non-smoking room, but overall a great hotel to stay. Incl. spacious room space.

Convenient location, excellent service
Posted Jan 5, 2012 on Hotels.com
Stayed here for 5 nights - hotel is right next to bus stop and train (number 2 and 3 lines), so it's hard to top for convenience. The immediate neighborhood is full of lighting and furniture/hardware fixture shops, but you only need to go 1 or 2 stops on the subway to be in excellent areas such as Imsadong, Dongdaemun and Chungmuro. Staff were efficient, responsive and friendly. My only complaint is that I wish they had laundry machines so that guests could do their own laundry.

Near to metro station and underground shopping st

The mattress is a little too hard. We could do with complimentary bottled water for our entire 5 nights of stay, rather than only on the first day. Other than these, it was a pleasant stay. The room is spacious sith a tv of a decent size..

Cozy and efficient
Posted Jan 23, 2012
Pros: Cozy decoration in the room. Quiet.
Cons: Breakfast (although decent)
Location: Very near to the subway. Not many restaurants nearby.
Nice & cozy bedrooms. A bit hard bed (as usual in Korea). Quiet. Breakfast was better last year. Coffee really has to be improved. Staff : speaks well English.

A Perfect Location for a Seoul Visit
Posted Jan 14, 2012 on Hotels.com
It is our sixth day at this hotel (two separate stays in eight days). It is very close to the Seoul subway system and airport buses stop virtually at the door step of the hotel. If you are interested in the traditional part of Seoul (north of the Han River) and look for a value for your money, this hotel will be a perfect choice for your visit to Seoul.

Great place and location
Posted Jan 14, 2012
Pros: Location
Cons: No room wifi and hard mattress
Location: Bus stop right in front of hotel, near the subway station, and a great coffee shop nearby.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Only issue was the mattress was slightly hard for me and no wifi in the room. You had to go to the 2nd floor for the wifi instead. But the location was perfect and overall I was very happy with the stay.
