Nice hotel except for hard beds and ParkingPosted Mar 11, 2014
Pros: Curtious front desk attendants and pleasant interior atmosphere.
Cons: Parking attendants need supervisors that are bi-lingual with English.
Location: Took taxi to locations near by - insadong shopping row and Seoul Tower.
Overall the atmosphere inside the hotel is very nice. Only problem was the beds were too hard but in Korea that is not uncommon - westerners take note. The real issue was the parking attendants - you can't park your car as they have an auto elevator. The attendants spilt a drink on the cloth passenger side seat and didn't even attempt to clean the mess they made. Infuriating and none could not speak any English.......at a Best Western! They didn't even offer up a towel to sit on for my daughter expecting her rear to be soaked from sitting on the mess (two seater vehicle). Totally destroyed the experience of the stay!!

Cons: Quality of food for dinner.
We had a great stay. Because the hotel is in the older section of Seoul we found it to be a little less expensive than some of the big hotels. Yet it is a beautiful newer building with great staff and facilities. The airport bus literally stops at the front of the hotel and the subway is less than a block away. We could access everything within minutes.

Very nice hotel in a convenient locationPosted Nov 24, 2013
Airport bus stop and subway station are right at the doorstep. Very good facilities, clean room, and friendly staff. My only complaint is the size of TV's.

Great location and wonderful staff..Posted Oct 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
I have stayed at many hotels but I must say that this hotel is the best. The location could not be better, the service outstanding and the room very roomy and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind and when we return to Korea we will stay at the Best Western Premier for sure. Regards George Murphy

Nice hotelPosted Oct 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was a nice hotel, but unfortunately there aren't any restaurants in the hotel vicinity. The great thing is the airport bus 6015 stopped just right in front of the hotel and the subway Euljiro 3(sam)-ga was just around the corner.

Very clean and efficientPosted Sep 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Service was great, room was extremely clean, efficient, had all you needed in a nice layout. It was not luxurious, which is why I don't rate it a 5. Overall location is pretty good, close to subway and a short taxi ride to many other parts of the city. Only downside is that the neighborhood has almost exclusively home repair/maintenance stores.

Best Western (Kukdo) in SeoulPosted Aug 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was clean. The hotel told me that the hotels.com's price did not include breakfast. That was news to me.

Relatively goodPosted Jun 10, 2013
Cons: The doors, not to make a big noise. The fan in the bathroom, to be controlled by the guest.
Location: Very close to the station, and if you like walking, you can easily walk to the City Hall area.
The locations is wonderful. There is underground path all the way to City Hall area, but it is under construction; you can walk there but the air is bad and there seemed to have been an accident one way while i was staying at this hotel. I saw many ambulances and fire-fighting vehicle. Most of the hotel staffs are nice. The fan in the bathroom is quite noisy. They turned it on and off, so you cannot stop it by yourself. The doors make big noise when shut. If you shut it quietly, no problem, but most of the customers open the door and leave it to naturally close, so it makes a big noise. You can hear people talking in the corridor. Except the noise of the above three, it is quiet. The bath tub is big. Very friendly housekeeper. Free bottle of water/coffee/tea every day. Good security(i.e. cannot go upstairs using elevator without a card key of the room). The fitness room is small and has only a few machines, but when i went there no one was using them. Airpot limousine buses stop right in front of the hotel. Free wi-fi provided, but it gets cut too often. So, if you want to work there using the Internet, it is better to rend a proper wi-fi rooter provided by various companies. Big window with nice city view. Good black-out curtain. Switch of the a/c is far from the bed, which is inconvenient. The speakers of TV are not good.
