“Great hotel, convenient enough to all of Seoul and the airports”

Executive floor rooms at this hotel are awesome with a large table/desk (not pinned to the wall) that you can comfortably work at for a full day. The lounge offers good coffee all day long, and a convenient buffet breakfast (complete with omelet station) right on the same floor (16, ask). Staff is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful at all times.

“Food is too expensive”

I stayed in Grand Ambassador twice. I really like the room and emenities, but everything else is too expensive. Breakfast is $38 USD/day, Internet is $16 USD/day, coffee is $10 USD/cup. The thermostat is controlled by the hotel, you can't adjust to your comfort. When I complained it was too hot, they can only offer a fan or a portable A/C.

“Great Hotel!!!!!”

I was more than impressed with this hotel. We stayed here for the holiday weekend. The service was outstanding and all the staff greeted us all of the time. They were more than willing to help us out with directions and getting tickets to the Nanta Show. The restaurants are a bit expensive, but its worth it. Also upon checking in they upgraded our room to the Deluxe room....a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seoul. It's location is perfect to take the subway and to see the sights.

“Nice place”

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. It is a couple blocks to the subway, a good thing. They told us that a travel agency we didn't use had cancelled our reservation, we provided the correct paperwork after the Hotel upgraded our room. The electrical outlet that was used for our expresso machine did not work, they attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful. I found that I could unplug the computer and plug it in there. Did not complain again. The air conditioner was working poorly and they cleaned the filter, didn't help much so they brought up a fan. So, all in all, our stay there last year was a better experience than this. If we go there again, and have similar issues I will complain louder and longer. The people at the concierge desk were kind, considerate and very helpful.

“Good Hotel, Good location in Seoul”

We got a good deal in this hotel. Very good location with a free shuttle bus (every hour) to several locations in Seoul. Five minute walk to a subway station. Don't hesitate to use the subway system in Seoul even if you don't know the language. Very clean and fun to use. Also, there is a shuttle bus to the airport (ICN) just outside the hotel that comes every 1/2 hour. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

“Can't wait to go back”

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a strange electrical issue with the hall and bathroom light and within minutes they had staff in looking at the problem and trying to fix it. When they couldn't get it fixed we were quickly helped to another room that was even a little more spacious. The views from the hotel were so great! Only small disappointment was with the pool/hot tub it was for fitness only not play.

Getting around

The subways were very inexpensive and easy to figure out. The underground stations were clean and the trains were quick and friendly.

“More than happy to return”

This hotel is beautifuly comfortable, well designed with excellent service. Well situated inaddition it runs a regular free bus service to the main tourist areas in Seoul city. I would love to go back.

“Great location, great service”

This hotel provide you with very convenient shuttle service right to the heart of Seoul every hour. The subway station is 5 minutes away. The staffs are ready to help you out any time of the day. One drawback of the hotel is wifi fee. If you are not booking for executive and higher level, you pay about $15 for 24 hours. When you go to the bathroom, you might not want to get off from the toilet. By far the best! The best feature of this hotel is the view. It looks just like a post card.
