Best for the normal!!Posted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: They cleaned our room every morning. Some guesthouse don't have this service. Staffs won't steal your goods so you can rest assure about it.
Cons: Communication problems. But I found that they know how to speak Japanese, because one of the staffs spoke Japanese with us.
Location: High tea. Many coffee shops nearby because it is an office area.
It's a bit far from the nearest subway, but this guesthouse satisfies people who search for normal price and good accommodation. The entry and room always gives us a feeling of home, and very comfort too!! My mom keeping praised and compared this guesthouse with the other guesthouse we stay during that period. One night, a construction started in a nearby building, but we can't hear the voice? So, we have a good night sleep. Sometimes, the staffs will help you carry the luggage upstairs(they don't have elevator) and they will try to understand foreigners' needs.

Strategic and value guesthousePosted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: Close location to tourist attractions. Value price for budget traveller.
Cons: The receptionist who can understand english (at least non-complicated/basic english) and always serving guests' enquiries with smile.
Location: Near Insadong. Tourist places nearby: gyongbokgung, insadong, bukchon, myeongdong, dongdaemun.
Me and my sis stayed in Ondol room at Greentel in Mid Apr 2014. For traveller who already knew surrounding areas, this hotel is considered strategic, walking distance to 3 subway lines, close to tourist attractions: gyeongbokgung, insadong, bukchon, myeongdong, dongdaemun. The room is not big, but comparable to the price paid. The ondol (heating floor) was warm, the futon mattress was also not bad. Overall, Greentel is a value hotel for budget traveller.

A handy place.Posted Mar 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
For two persons, me and my girlfriend, the room we booked was a bit too small and heating wasn't exactly adequate for Seoul's winter. But I guess one shouldn't complain for the price they offer and the whereabouts it's located as it's literally 25 seconds away from the doorstep of the building to Chunggye-cheon and right in the center of Jongro, or downtown Seoul.

Basic budget accomodations but a great location.Posted Oct 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Green-Tel offers budget accommodations but in a pretty cool location. The room was small...Just enough room for two beds and a desk. The staff was friendly, and helpful. It's easy to get to from either the 6002 or 6015 airport buses and is also close to 3 or 4 metro stations. It's right in between Myeongdong and Insadong and within walking distance of many of Seoul's great sights.
