Photo uploaded showed room on L4. Room on L5 is slightly bigger but without bathtub. There is a sliding window (means when you slide window to 1 side, you are only left with 1 window pane) & netting layer behind the wooden window doors. Simple self service breakfast (7am -11am) provided with bread, butter, jam & tasty homemade looking porridge (flavours included beef bits or shellfish bits or mushroom) Only no porridge on Mondays, porridge available on other days 8am - 10am. Beverages: orange juice, pineapple juice, milk in fridge & red tea /green tea bags & brewed coffee. Room slippers, mini fridge & Desktop available. Desktop monitor doubled up as TV screen. Room toiletries include hair gel, 2 types of body lotions, toothbrush, toothpaste, body scrub cloth, comb, shampoo, conditioner & body rinse. No shower cap though. Only 1 wall hook in bathroom. Redundant room door besides main door & bathroom door when room size is already small. Walkable distance to Myeongdong by cutting through some streets. Useful locality map showing surrounding buildings & how to walk to Myeongdong & where to take airport limo bus @hotel kukdo nearby. 2 entrances (main & back door) into hotel. Umbrellas available for use @main hotel door entrance & free usage lobby desktop /printer.

Hidden CharmerPosted May 22, 2014
Pros: The always friendly staff . The more than adequate and comfy room for a very reasonable price. Close to metro station and tourist attractions.
Cons: There are lovely tiles under the worn lino in the brealfast room that may look good if uncovered . Verandah could use a couple of tables with chairs.
Location: Location is very central for palaces , markets , and other attractions. Lots of good cheap restaurants around the hotel.
Finding the entrance for the Hotel Biz can be tricky but is well worth the effort . The staff aren't many in number but really make a big effort to help with service . My room was a double and roomy enough for me , same with the bathroom , and both came with modern fittings eg. air-con , cable TV, Wifi , shower snake with bath . The breakfast room is next to reception and is self-serve yummy rice porridge , cook your own toast and bottomless coffee and tea . Great way to start the day , and very casual . This is my second stay at the Hotel Biz and I am very much looking forward to a third . . .

Budget hotel without any thrillsPosted Apr 25, 2014
This hotel was centrally located and close to a subway station exit but is a little difficult to find. But once you find it you realise how convenient it is. The area isn't really nice as there are a lot of paper printing companies surrounding it, so there is always a chemical smell in the air. If on a budget this has everything you need without any thrills including free wifi and continental breakfast.

Fastest check-in ever!Posted Jan 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
We arrived quite late and left early so can't comment on the breakfast. But it was the fastest check-in ever. The receptionist was expecting us and we didn't have to show any paperwork. We were in our room (101 right next to reception) within seconds! The room was small and a little shabby round the edges but included everything you could want, i.e. computer, TV, hairdryer, kettle, toiletry basket, family size bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wallpaper showed London scenery. Not sure if all the rooms are different. Very handy for the metro station and night market. Perfectly fine for a one night stay.

Lovely stay in Myeongdong area... About a 15 minute walk from the Myeongdon Train station or 1 min walk from the Eurijilo line. Room was nice a cozy. At first, the neighborhood looked a little dodgy, but when it was daylight, it was fine. Would stay here again, a great value!
