Room and locationPosted Oct 3, 2014
Cons: Surprised that the cosmetics were modest by Korean standards.
Stayd there before, and this time a got an upgrade to a HUGE suite Korean style- huge bedroom, super King size bed and television, furnished balcony, huge sittiing room and bathroom with a big bath. Very comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel is central to markets and easy access two metro lines, but otherwise views for the room and location tucked away and unremarkable. Other side of the Namsam hill from itaewon where i always like to hang out in eves.

Fantastic hotel!Posted Jul 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
First time in South Korea. Easy to get to hotel, just take limo bus 6015 and get off chungmuro station, then a 3-5 minute walk to hotel. PJ is close to 2 subway lines so you can pretty much go anywhere with those lines. They also offer shuttle buses that were great to get around town as well. Room was super clean and had a nice tub with jets. Hotel employees were friendly accommodating and helpful. Nothing bad to say about the hotel!

Good value for the price, no gym thoughPosted Jul 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is pretty central to everything. It was a bit difficult to find after we got off the airport shuttle. You have to walk through a tiny alley to get to the main street and there you'll see the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was kind of small but there were also four of us staying in one room. There were 1.5 baths though which was nice. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the shopping districts so it's super convenient. There aren't any fitness facilities in the hotel though so if you have an active lifestyle, this might not be the place for you. I went running outside and got stared down by the locals. It's not because I look exotic (I'm Chinese) but I think it's because not that many people go for runs outdoors there. I don't blame them because Seoul is relatively polluted so it's not that much fun to go for runs there.

Cosy hotel nestled in back lanePosted Jun 29, 2014
Hotel is nestled in back lane but is within walking distance to subway and close to shopping districts. Alot of eateries around. Shuttle bus sevice to major shopping areas an added benefit. Booked the premium triple room for our family of four, 2A 2C. Spacious enough as it has 2 single and 1 super single bed with a small dressing area and a tatami styled resting corner. Late checkout available at additional cost. Overall an enjoyable 4 nights stay for my family.

Overall good experiencePosted Jun 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall good experience and surrounding location is good but hotel itself is a bit off the main roads. The hotel staff were very helpful but the beds were a bit too hard especially for kids.

Great place to stayPosted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: The staff and service. Airport bus stop is close by and only 10 per person.
Cons: Fitness center would make it perfect.
Stayed 10 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is excellent and go above and beyond to make your stay special. Like everyone says, in the middle of printers row, so not the prettiest of locations, but very safe. Subway stops are very close, and public transit is great. A lot of stores near by for snacks and beer. The only thing missing at this hotel is a fitness center.

About 10min walk to the Myeong Dong shopping area. Plenty of small eateries around the area. Hotel room is very clean and modern. Staffs are very helpful. Very good value for money.

Great location, friendly staff & good servicePosted Jun 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
I enjoyed my stay at PJ and the shuttle service provided was fantastic! It's really an ease of transport for shoppers for both day & nighttime. And it's in the middle of both train station- chungmuro & Eujilro-3-ga station, approximately 5 mins to both station. It's highly accessible! It's also near to Daehan Cinema (near Chungmuro station) and last but not least, it's walking distance to Airport bus station (shuttle bus is also provided to the airport bus station but at specific time interval)
