Nice Hotel but Missing Amenties
My stay was fine except for one problem--there was no toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, or shaving cream. It was very much troublesome for me to go out of the hotel, which did not even have or sell these items, and look for a store in the middle of the night. Unfortunately for me, I was unable to find these items because it was so late at night--coming in from an international flight. The next morning, I had to go directly to a conference and give a presentation without shaving or brushing my teeth. That was the worst experience.

Thank you for comment in Expediea. your comment make to stronger than other companies for services. We can not provide toothbrush and toothpaste in room for Korea Law. However, all guest can easily get toothbrush and toothpaste for 1dollar in lobby. we are extremely sorry to have inconvenienced

주변은 조용하고 아무것도 없음. 룸컨디션 좋음. 방에 치약 칫솔이 없음. 역삼동과 논현과 가까운 거리.

여름인데 에어콘 냉방은 아주 좋았음
1.여름인데 에어콘 냉방은 아주 좋았음 그러나 중국 단체 관광객때문 다소 번잡하였음. 2. 뒤쪽이 주택가라 조용하고 보안적인 면도 좋았음

찾기 쉬운 호텔
출장을 목적으로 하거나 짧게 숙박하기 좋은 호텔 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 시설도 깨끗한 편이다.

宿泊予約時と宿泊時のホテルの名前が変わっていてビックリです。ホテル自体は良いと思いますが、予約したサイトから連絡がないのは残念です。

잘 쉬고 갑니다
침구류 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았습니다 ~ 다만, 역과 거리가 쪼금 멀었어요 (도보 10분 정도)

2호선 역삼역 도보 10분, 9호선 언주역, 선정릉역 5분거리에 있습니다. 위치적으로 조금 거리가 먼 부분에 대해서 이용에 불편을 드렸다면 죄송합니다. 앞으로 불편사항이 없도록 셔틀버스 운행을 계획중이오니 다시 찾아주신다면 더욱 좋은 서비스를 제공하도록 노력하겠습니다.

강남 접근성 좋은 호텔
역삼동 르네상스호텔 뒤쪽에 있어서 접근성 좋고, 가격대비 호텔의 만족도는 높은편입니다. 단지 조식을 할수 있는 식당이 없는게 흠이네요. 출장숙박으로는 좋으나 가족들(아이들)과의 숙박시설로는 부족하다고 생각합니다.

① 방 크기가 생각보다 작았음 ② 방에 Main 조명이 없었음,(조명 종류 부족), 방이 어둡고 조명 조절이 불편하였음.

COEX 출장 시 한적하게 이용가능
COEX와 도보 약 25분 정도 떨어져 있고, 가는 길에 선정릉따라 언덕을 만날 수도 있지만 조용해서 좋았습니다.

➖13℃の韓国でお湯が、、、
カンナム地区にあるホテルで、私達の行きたい場所には近く便利でしたが、残念だったのは、風呂のお湯を出していたら、途中から泥が混ざったような状態になったので、ゆっくりお湯につかりたかったのですが、断念しました 安い割にはいいホテルだったけど、次回の利用はないと思います

출장용 호텔 추천
지하철역과는 거리가 있는 위치지만 강남에서 이만한 위치에 이정도 가격의 잠자리를 구하는 것은 쉽지는 않은 일. 출장에 묶기에는 좋은 곳으로 기억함.

泊まるだけならいいと思います。 ホテルキーの不具合でドアが開かず フロントに行くという２度手間が 毎日ありました。

利用に不便をおかけしますが。 以前冷、暖房の問題に加えて、キーの欠陥の問題があったが、今では全客室冷、暖房の問題とキー欠陥問題を完全に解決しました。今後こういうことがないでしょう。 もう一度利用に不便をおかけして申し訳ありません。 もう一度検索していただければ、最高のサービスをおもてなしいたします。 ありがとうございます。

清潔さに不安
江南に3泊の予定でしたが、イビスホテルがとれずに1泊だけこちらを利用。 部屋に入ってすぐ化粧台の椅子がちょっと曲がっていたのが気になりました。 「こういうとこを気を付けないホテルスタッフってどうなの」と思いましたが、 嫌な予感的中。 コンセントを使いたくてベッドサイドのテーブルを動かしたら小さなゴミや虫の死骸が。 タオルはずいぶん使い込んでるようなくたびれ具合でしたし、 ベッドカバーや絨毯にもシミがありました。 とにかく清潔さに不安を感じて…落ち着ける部屋でありませんでした。 チェックイン時にパスポートを確認しませんでしたし、 部屋にドアチェーンがなくセキュリティ面も心配でした。
