Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport

No late night room service. Very clean and pro light staff

Hotel was super clean and seemed brand new. Breakfast buffet was not quite up to the standard set by the rest of the hotel, but large variety of western and asian foods. Location is unbelievably good if you're travelling from Gimpo.

The hotel is right in front of the international terminal at Gimpo. The hotel room is clean and new, with all the basic amenities. The restaurant in the hotel is smallish and impossible to go for coffee as it is reserved for buffet eaters - the maitre'd turned us away and we had to take the elevator downstairs. But it is soo noisy and crowded in the shopping area, it is impossible to find a quiet place to conduct a business chat or meeting. This is not good for businessmen who wish to meet with others. There are no meeting areas at all. Also, the price is on the pricey, expensive side. Not worth the price, does not provide that kind of value.

This was a beautiful hotel just across the street from the airport. We chose it for the location, but we were very pleased with the hotel itself. The clerk at the hotel was very helpful to book us tickets to a show. It is very easy to catch the subway and the hotel was attached to a mall.

Great transit hotel

Lovely hotel with exceptional service. If you are unfamiliar with how to get around, however, just make sure to not repeat our mistake by grabbing a limo bus from the airport to the wrong Lotte hotel (heading downtown). It took a very long taxi ride to correct our mistake.

Stayed for the night with flight out next morning. Perfect hotel for that reason alone. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms

The hotel is very good. The only issue is an unusual smell in the room. They told us that it was from the newness of the heat/cooling systems. It was very strong.
