“Novotell Seoul”
I have stayed in numerous hotels in the past in Seoul and Novotell has to be one of the best. The only thing I disliked was, that their was no free wifi. Everything you had to pay for. Most hotels have some sort of free internet service and this hotel did not. The location was good albeit a bit far from the airport. The airport from Incheon does not have a direct shuttle but the hotel has a direct bus to go to the airport. The bus though does not belong to the hotel so it is a five minute walk down the street. People that worked at the hotel were exceptional. Very friendly and so very kind. Novotell is one of my favorite hotel chains and the one in Seoul was no different.

Eveyone was very helpful and also very knowledgable about the surrounding areas and how to get to their destinations the quickest and cheapest way.

When I traval overseas, my hotels needs to have the following, Good Food Good Bar Friendly staff Good Location. This hotel meets all my requirements and more.

We had a great time at this hotel - it was right on a major street with buses going by all the time, and easy access to the subway. The hotel had a fabulous pool and hot tub, and a very good restaurant for those times we just didn't want to go out. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. I'd use this hotel again - clean and luxurious.

The Hotel was excellent! I would recommend it to anyone! Only one thing. The location is a little far from the main area of Seoul.
“Great business hotel”
I have used this hotel several times before and they have upgraded the rooms to make the work desk area easier to use. The big flat screen TV is a nice upgrade. This Novotel meets and exceeds the standards for the chain. I recommend the executive floors that include breakfast, internet and happy hour lounge. The combination pays for itself.
“Comfy place”
A little far from downtown but a good halfway point between the airport and downtown. The staff were helpful and for the price, it`s a pretty comfortable place. Probably best for business trips.
