Fairly rated and convenient.Posted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: Room is well equipped and updated.
It was my 3rd time to stay at this hotel. While not so many hotels in this price range are not directly covered by airport limousine bus, Korean Air bus directly takes us from/to ICN Airport, that is a big advantage. Staffs are fluent in English and the room has all the necessity.

Nice hotel, close to shopping, conference centersPosted Nov 10, 2013
- Air condition not functioning, but heater instead, in end of October. I was told by the front desk agent to open the window. - No bed sheets but a cover bed only. - Towels, rough and tough on the skin. - Some 20 selected TV channels from around the world, but not functioning on all times. + Quiet + Clean + Well located + Relatively wide rooms

Average Hotel with Low AmbitionsPosted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: Close proximity to subway
Cons: Cleaning staff could be more thorough. Use a better filtering system for the ventilation. Having a secure network system
Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when I first entered the room with thick permed hairs found along the walls and bathtub. Found an open package of soap next to the shower head while a new one was placed on the sink. I've left the usual tipping in hopes for a good care from the cleaning staff; however, the cleaning still was about average. Despite being in a non-smoking room, my room smelled like cigarettes everyday which I traced to the ventilation. I just have decided to put up with this for the week I was there as I was constantly out and about during majority of my stay. Wireless network is unencrypted and unreliable. I lost connection several connections throughout the night. I'm assuming the name of the hotel changed recently as most taxi drivers were confused by the name, "Ramada" and had explained to me that it was known for another name prior to one I had given. There aren't many good restaurants in the immediate proximity, but there is a convenience store close-by to buy water and snacks. Now for the good things - The entrance to the subway is right out in front.

Disappointed by cleanliness.Posted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: The front desk staff was really helpful. They helped my husband order delivery food one night and easily changed our rooms when we had a problem.
Cons: The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved.
Location: This hotel is near Seolleong subway station and Gagnam.
My family of four adults stayed here for four nights. We got two rooms next to each other. The hotel itself is really nice, including the lobby and the front desk staff. However, we were disappointed in the quality/cleanliness of the rooms. We walked into one of the rooms, which was supposed to be non-smoking, and immediately smelled smoke. We were heading out for the day so we dropped our bags and checked the other room. It smelled fine but we saw in the bathroom that there was a long string of used dental floss that was stuck to something (maybe a glob of toothpaste) on the bathroom counter. We stopped at the front desk to tell them about the mess on the counter and headed out for the day, assuming that the bathroom would be cleaned. When we returned, the dental floss was still there! Since it was late, we covered it with some toilet paper and went to bed. My mother's room still smelled heavily of smoke, so she called the front desk and they changed her room to one down the hall that did not smell of smoke. The next day, we headed out to sightsee. When we returned, our room had been cleaned, but the dental floss and glob was still on the counter! We went down to tell the front desk staff and they said the housekeeping staff was gone for the evening but they could move our rooms, so that is what we did. One dirty thing can sometimes be forgiven, but to tell the front desk of the problem, and have it remain after two days is inexcusable. We were disappointed.

If you need a hiding place in SeoulPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
First off, the Ramada Seoul is an Awesome place to stay if you're wanting a secret getaway. The location was ok the buzz wasn't the 20 min walk to the COEX Mall, I loved that! There just wasn't anything else around to do until my last day when I found out that we were 12 blocks away from Gangnam. I'd still stay there now that I know what's around.

Good hotel for business tripsPosted Jul 19, 2013
About 15 mins walk from COEX. The nearest convenience store is just on the other hand of the street. It is located near a big street, so if you want to stay for tourism, I would recommend a hotel more nearby the city center.

Location: Metro nearby and city check in for airport
Hotel was well placed near metro line and the city check in terminal. We only slept at the hotel but everything we found was fine and the staff very helpful.
