Nice for business trip, not a vacation

The hotel is overpriced. The rooms look more like a two or three star hotel room. WIFI is not included in the room for free. Breakfast was not included and all restaurants on site were expensive and the food was mediocre at best. The outdoor pool was an additional 100,000 Won. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel and I wouldn't stay there again.

Nice staff, great view but room is very old

I didn't know the room was book in the other location of the Sheraton walker hill. Even tho they have free shuttle still not very convenient. Inside of the room are very old and bathroom is molding. Kinda dirty with a 5 stars hotel like this. But staff are very nice and trained

A bit far from all the major business hub. Great if you like nature and want to be close to the but not in the city. Nice area for hikes & runs. The rooms were much smaller then I expected.

GREAT HOTEL but the Staff should Smile more often

Had a Pleasant Check-in. GOOD. Had a nice room GOOD. Supervisors and Managers had excellent customer service and care skills. GOOD. Subordinates or Rank-and-file staff of the Managers, Need more Training. They seem to frown all the time and looked hassled whenever I said or requested something that would inconvenience them.... I understand English is not commonly spoken there and I don't have a problem with that but to smile and be polite are in the top traits a 5 star hotel should have. OVERALL I had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the fine facilities and dining experience. Truly enjoyed the games at the casino and the champagne at the Woo Bar. Will definitely stay here again
