“My Second Stay and Better than the First”

We arrived late at night and were impressed that our reservation was ready and one credit card swipe later we were off to our room with a very helpful bellman following with the luggage. The room's decor was inviting and peaceful and everything was immaculate, so we were quickly off to sleep. If there was a negative, it was the very hard bed, but we've found those in most hotels in Asia, so maybe it's a regional preference. Check out time is a very reasonable 12noon and we were offered an extension, if necessary. Although we didn't need it; it's always nice when the offer is initiated by the hotel. The piece de resistance was the buffet breakfast. We have stayed at many luxury hotels, but have never seen more choice than this elegant spread. There were many selections for a Western breakfast, plus Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian, depending on what your mood might be. No reason for anyone to walk away unsatisfied! It was impressive and the service was impeccable. No review would be complete without mentioning the wonderful service the Pan Pacific offers of having an electric cart to take their guests to/from the airport; saves on walking and taxis and if one is flying out from LCCT, the cart will take you to the taxi stand for transport to that terminal.

“Brilliant Experience”

I stayed in this hotel for one night as I was in-transit. I particularly like the fact that you are able to check-in on the concourse and the hotel provided a buggy service to and from the hotel. The room was lovely, lots of nice complimentary toiletries. The staff were incredibly helpful.

“Handy for stop-over”

A wonderful experience to be able to walk (or take little shutle ) to the hotel. If wanting a cheaper snack the proximity to food hall in airport is a good call. Only minus was that the advice we receivied about going downtown to meet up for a tour did not take peak hour traffic into consideration. We would have been much better off on the Express then to take the necessary line to nearest point.

was upgraded to Club floor. Was met in arrival hall by trolley bus and porter. efficient check in.quiet ,relaxing room.Nice b'fast next morning before trolley bus and porter back to airport.

“Typical airport hotel”

The hotel is excellent, but there is nothing to do or see around it. I recommend it for travellers who arrive very late at or leave very early from Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

“A very pleasant surprise”

We have been to KL a few times now and have mainly stayed in town itself. This time as we were only there overnight we booked at Pan Pacific. This was a FIRST CLASS experience. A lovely hotel - very attractive, fabulous friendly staff. Even for someone wishing to explore the city of KL this would still be an option as there is access to the fast train - 28 mins. to KL. Overall a great experience.

“Good hotel for early flight”

This hotel is great if you have to be at the airport early for a flight. I arrived to KL via another city and had my international flight early the next morning. There was no point in heading all the way into the city centre. It was good to have the hotel shuttle buggy pick me up as I was walking across the walkway. They drove me to the departure hall the next morning ~ good service! The food in the restaurant was very good too. The room itself was fairly large and comfortable. The free wi-fi in the room was awesome! I wish more hotels did this around the world.

“Pan Pacific a nice layover”

I was very satisfied with the hotel service and room. The staff were expecting me and had a golf cart ready to take me to the hotel. I had an early morning flight and check out and shuttle back to the airport was fast. The only downside is that you have to clear immigration and customs as the hotel is not actually in the airport terminal.
