This was a family holiday at the start of the Cayman's low season with boys aged 13, 11 & 7. It was paradise! The complex was not very busy but this did mean we had the pool, hot tubs and beach virtually to ourselves. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful in all areas.
Days out to StingRay City and Turtle Farm were great for the whole family.
Food and eating out is quite expensive but we had expected this.
The only thing missing from the apartments would have been a restaurant or bar for the evenings when you don't want to go out.
Would love to visit again.

We loved the spacious rooms and exquisite furnishings of this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. The front desk employees and maid service were also excellent. Also, the beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and it was never crowded. Everything you would need to float, play or relax is provided by the hotel. The one negative is the poolside wait service. They are hard to find and slow!!! The food by the pool is also marginal. However, we didn't eat there more than one time and fixed our own drinks to bring to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel for those that want a quiet, relaxing vacation on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Also, we were surprised to find out that there are no waves in the ocean at this location. It is like swimming in a pool the water is so beautifully blue and clear. In addition there are no shells but only small pieces of coral. You can snorkel right in front of the hotel. You will be able to see the reefs from your balcony. I wouldn't worry about where your room is located in this hotel. The way it is configured there are no bad views.

The Marriott proves to have the best resorts in the Caribbean.
From the hotel gracious host, Caleb, and all the others, I was pleasantly delighted. The rooms are spacious, the beach is pristine like no other. The food at the veranda was superb. The pool and beach had plenty chairs and was clean and water sports ranged from snorkeling to scuba diving, jet skiing and stand up paddleboarding. I loved the proximity to all the attractions where you can rent a bike for free from the hotel and ride on the safe streets up and down seven mile beach to all the local restaurants if you wanna save a few pennies. Marriott delivered as usual!

Great ocean view (room #109) a few steps through the grass and you're walking in the sand. Best beach and biggest pool on Seven Mile Beach. 2010 beach renovation....large area enclosed by rocks makes it great for swimming, snorkeling...really great for families with young kids.

Staff we're extremely helpful & pleasant. Pleased with room (ocean+pool view on 4th floor). Lovely cafe in hotel lobby to get snacks at reasonably affordable prices. Hotel is on expensive side but worth it if you can swing it. Restaurants & supermarket around area to help with budget. Helps if you become Starwood member for savings.
