the bus ( 5 min walk). I guess the company or building is doing some renovations so it was loud on a Sunday. You are by train/metro 10 mins away from the old Sevilla area. I would come back no later than 7pm since I was already tired. There are many options to eat and a little grocery shop down the street. The building is pretty outdated but since I know slept, then it met it’s purpose.

Not much to like. Very old structure and un updated rooms. Felt more like a student dorm. Sofa was un usable wirh little padding. Management needs to put some revenues back into rennovations.

The stay was very nice. Helpful and very friendly staff, clean spacious room, and convenient with a car to get to town centre. We would stay again!

You get what you pay for! Not good
We had to ask for something to boil water in as no kettle! Very limited cutlery and crockery. Not v clean. Noisy drunk wandering corridors in middle of night - trying all doors. A long way from central Seville, good bus service during the day - taxi for coming home.

Something was biting me in the night...
The hotel is located in the somewhat sketchy side of town. The first room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke, so we switch rooms. The second room was not 100% clean, there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Times are tough for this hotel so they give you one small bar of soap every other day. There was no breakfast offered at the hotel so you have to go elsewhere for that. If you have a car, there is no formal parking at the hotel but you can use the sidewalk so as to not block road traffic. On the second to last night of our stay there was something biting me in the night, so on the last day I slept on the couch.

Convenient location if you have a car
I would even say, car is essential as it is outside Seville, in a suburban town, but just next to a major road to the city center. Our room had kitchen, but practically without any cooking equipment. Remember to bring your own if you plan to cook.

About 5:00 am I was waken up by noisy people coming home (i.e hotel) late. Side streets were full of dog excrements. Hotel is far from downtown, but there is bus service.

Puerta del sur
Petit appartement, insonorisé, on a l'impression d'avoir les voisins dans l'appartement. Pas de necessaire poir la vaisselle ou meme le menage. Doiche peu pratique, s'inonde de partout a chaque douce. Odeur de canalisations dans la cuisine et la sdb. Pas cjer mais on sait pourquoi.

Apartamento grande pero lavabo con olor a cloaca
El apartamento es grande y espacioso y estaba limpio y la cama cómoda. Pero el lavabo olía a cloaca, teníamos que tener siempre la puerta cerrada porque el olor era nauseabundo. Imprescindible ir con coche pues está muy a las afueras de Sevilla.

セビリアの長期滞在に良い
　セビリア中心部からバス(03,37,LS 頻度6-10本/時)で約35分のところにあるけれど、中心部のオスタルより安く、かつ、30m2以上のスタジオでキッチン、バスタブ、冷暖房完備(夜間0℃でも天気ヒーターとエアコンで十分暖かい)のゆったりした空間でくつろげる。 　建物と設備はおそらく築30年前後と思われ、質素で簡便な設備だけれど特に不具合はなく、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、フラットテレビ(HDMI port Macbook OK)、カウチ等便利に使える。 　給電能力は高く、エアコン、ヒーター、電子レンジ、テレビその他全て使ってもブレーカーは落ちない。欧州の古い設備のアパートはうち二つで電源が落ちて黒闇になることがある。 　難点としては、給湯能力が弱いのか、時間帯によりシャワーが水になり、またWiFiもときどき不安定だった。 　他の客にほとんど会わなかったけれど、客層は、家族旅行や業務滞在が多いように思えた。ホテル的な朝食サービスもあり、フロントは24時間対応で遅着や緊急時にも安心できる。 　2023年6月までバス料金が半額(最低費用バスカード1.5＋チャージ7.0ユーロ)で、0.7が0.35ユーロになっている。 　1週間以上滞在し、ときどき自炊や無外出で過ごすような滞在には最適と思う。 　Bellavistaは観光地ではないものの、住民向けのスーパーマーケット、飲食店も多くあり治安と生活環境は良い。 　ちなみに、2023年2月は、東京の春(最高20℃)の気候で、8AMから7PMまで明るく、さらに暑くなる春・夏より良い季節だと思う。
