“Excellent hotel, no problems”
Everything as it should be. Very neat guide to the cable channels, every hotel should have this.

Good hotel, not fancy but comfortable. Parking is around the corner at 16 Euros. Quite a walk from the Cathedral, at least 20 minutes. Taxi would be around 5 Eu. Recommend
“A Three Star hotel under the Four Star banner!”
We stayed here four nights in first week of May 2010. Except for its location near the Santa Justa train station, there is nothing remarkable about this hotel. During check-in I was advised that internet access is "free" of charge. When tried to use their computer, I was told that I have to pay to use it. There is a terminal in the lobby that works on one Euro coins. When confronted staff with the issue they renegged on the promise and bad attitude was exhibited. The W--Fi costs 12 Euros per day and offered through local phone company. There is no concierge service at this hotel. There are no fascial tissues/ Kleenex offered in the rooms. Hotel buffet breakfast, 12 Euros per person, was not upto the standard seen elsewhere in Europe and Spain at Four star hotels. Quality and quantity of all items was substandard. Baked goods, and fresh fruits were terrible.

Wonderful location, comfortable room nice decor. Very helpful staff, good hearty breakfast. Warning: did not have "laundry facilities" known to Americans as coin operated washer/dryer.
“Excellent customer service”
The staff were very helpful, and friendly. We arrived early in the morning and they gave us a room immediately. Also, the gym facility is fantastic. They provided free bottles of water while using the gym. It is very well located across the street from the train station, yet distant enough so the noise won't bother you. There is a market across the street where you can buy groceries. We asked to use the hotel microwave and very kindly they heated our food. I'll stay here again.

Only 5 minutes from Renfe Station. 5 Euro by Taxi to sightseeing and Flamenco area.
