“Not bad, not great”

The Catalonia Giralda is a good enough hotel to stay in. The staff was friendly and helpful. My single room was small but clean and well-kept. (The shower had good water pressure which is always a plus). Breakfast was more varied than I've seen at most hotels. I have no major complaints about this hotel.

“not really 3 and a half stars”

Compared to 4 other 3 star and 3 and-a-half star hotels we stayed at, this one was the most "worn-out" looking hotel for the price.

“Bad service”

Upon arrival they didn't have our expedia booking and wouldn't let us use their computers to verify it. Had to buy their 8 euro/hour wireless service. Phone in the room didn't work. After three trips down to desk they send a service person who couldn't fix it. Went back to desk and they wouldn't let me use their phone, had to get change for pay phone in lobby.

“Very outdated and Overpriced”

The price of the interenet access is a rip off, not even in the most expensive 5 dimonds hotels I have been asked for such a price. Room are very small, bed is unconfortable.

“No Parking - Hard to Find - Older Rooms”

There has got to be better hotels in Seville They do have a great buffet in the morning but with no parking - construction in front of the hotel - steps to lug up your suitcases older rooms There are much better places to stay in Seville

“Do Not Stay Here”

I just returned from Spain last night (4/30/07). For the price, this was the most incredibly disappointing hotel I have ever stayed at. The room looked like a worn out college dorm, the bathroom had an odd smell, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. I spent as much time as possible away from my room throughout my entire stay. All staff I encountered were also quite rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all cost.
