Property doesn’t live up to the splendor it obviously used to be. Maintenance is lacking in many areas, from elevator buttons that are broken to a shower that wobbles and has little flow. Staff don’t seem concerned. I appeared at desk using a cane for mobility and I was issued a room with a loft - stairs needed to access the bedroom and washroom. What??? Not impressed.

The room was clean and spacious, but disappointed the only bathroom was up in the loft area. The lobby bathroom never seemed to have toilet paper, but front desk as able to help out there.

It s the worst experience in all my life. The enter to my room at 00h00 without my permission and they took a bed. We found a lot of bedbugs ( video as proof ) , until 3am you can not sleep a lot of noise especially teenage also they nocked the doors and they run ( as kids) ............ I need my money back

We checked into the hotel in the evening, approximately 8:00pm We decided to have our dinner prior to retiring to our room; when we arrived to our room, it was occupied with other guests who had already retired - we were all startled!

Although a bit dated, the rooms are really clean. We stayed in a family room with my husband and my 24 y.o. son, there was enough space for the three of us and large bathroom.

Nice hotel but remote location with no reliable transport. Took 40 mins for a taxi to arrive. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Limited meals, no food available between meal times, the bar closed early. Not a great experience at all

Nice hotel but far from Seville centre
The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The pool was not as big as appears in the promotional pictures, so was disappointing The hotel was too far from the center of Seville

The staff were superb. They went out of their way to be helpful. Great 3 course menu del dia in the restaurant for €12. A la Carte available as well. Hairdresser and shop and good access for disabled travellers. A great stopover.

Great hotel with unique features
Hotel was great. Breakfast buffet better than other places. Grand hotel. Its away from the city though, 20kms away. Room was huge and on two floors with washroom on top floor. They couldn't give us a late checkout but overall very good experience.

We enjoyed our 6 day stay. Friendly staff provided good service. Breakfast is good, but could get noisy and disorderly due to tourists' behavior. Bathroom is clean, but when you flush the toilet bowl, there seems to be an offensive odor emanating from the somewhere. We had to frequently use an air freshener to get rid of this odor. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant and would like to commend excellent service provided by Encarni. At breakfast, we would like to commend Lola for her attentiveness to our requests. At the reception, we would like to thank Paloma and Jaime for their help, much appreciated.

Exe Gran Hotel Solúcar was a pleasant stay for our group of four. The first room assigned had the bathroom upstairs but they willingly gave us two adjoining rooms with facilities suitable for elderly amputee

It's a nice hotel but it needs an update
It's a nice hotel but it it feels dated, the first time I was in this hotel was 10 years ago and it hasn't changed at all. One low point is the rubish bins overflowing were the parking is which gives a bad impression. It needs a big refresh.

Quiet & Away from Sevilla
It was about 14-16km away from Sevilla. Quiet good area. We had the loft. The washroom and two single beds in the loft area was warm/hot, while the two single beds at the main floor had the coolest spot when we opened the windows. The three boys ended sharing in the main area while I slept alone upstairs.

Location is about 25 minutes drive to Seville. The hotel area is very industrial without many options for dining, etc.

Parking was aplenty and free. Staff was super friendly; guided us with buses to main downtown areas and even ordered pizza for us in Spanish!! The hotel cat in the lobby was equally welcoming and friendly :)

Nice hotel in a quiet Spanish town, staff brill
Great pool, although no balls or inflatables allowed. Could do with a bit of sprucing up generally, but the room was good and clean. Restaurant had a menu del dia for 10 euro per head. Easy to get to Seville on the bus or train about 40 mins (bus stop is right outside hotel). Loads of good food and bars around the town but hardly any English spoken (I thought Vento Paso was overrated). Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a friendly Spanish hotel.

Half an hour drive to seville
Will recommend. The breakfast wasn't the freshest, but there was a big variety. The pool was very popular and they have free parking. Rooms are a nice size and very clean.

Disappointing overall
A hotel which has seen better times. Be warned that it is now a bus tour stop and a children's tour stop. This meant it was extremely noisy and meant we had trouble sleeping on two nights. The children screamed and carried on until after midnight. Also extremely disappointed that the pool was closed until end June and we had no access. Because of my medical need to swim this was one of the main reasons for booking the hotel. It is however cheap!

The receptionist was so helpful, she was rushed off her feet at times as on her own, on arrival the desk was not manned. The menu was limited and stopped serving at 11pm. The beds were hard. The cold platter for breakfast is OK, the warm items are best avoided.
