This hotel was very centrally located. Could get to all of the major tourist attractions easily. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. They helped answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s okay to stay in this hotel although the say in Expedia parking is available but is really not. They only have 10 parking spaces for the whole hotel and they will send you to park and of course pay in an outside parking building.

First of all, the location is terrific, easy walking to the major sights. And, to the extent they could be, the staff was friendly and helpful. The very big negative was no air conditioning. It was a brutally hot Easter weekend and the management had chosen the keep the air conditioning off. And management was unreachable because it was Easter. Many, many guests complained to no avail. I only slept one of my four nights there. A horrible lack of concern for guest comfort.

With close proximity to the Real Alcazar, the Cathedral, Plaza Espana and the old town, this no frills hotel with parking for a small car is perfect for a city break.

I really loved the location and staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a weird smell in the room. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. By the way, shower is small but a great one.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good offering a wide selection of fruit, cereal, pastries etc. The hotel is very clean The only negative comment is that the beds are very hard!

Cheap place to stay near the Real Alcazar. However the bathroom is very small. and the sink is in the way of the toilet and makes you sit almost sideways. The AC system did not work at all and the building gets very hot even during the Autumn/Fall season. The do not offer free water or a couple of bottles on the house. It was generally safe but walls can be thin. They did allow early check in but no AC was a real put down.

Horrible. Was told to go to market to get ice, none available. No wash clothes, no tissue, no a/c and no windows, except one w/o screen that would allow any critter or human to come in; had to borrow a broken fan from desk because it was unbearable. That is just the beginning. Location was good at least.

Staff at the reception was professional, helpful and friendly. Room was pleasant enough for the price paid. Just two points to note: by day 2 we had 3-4 flies which managed to fly in somehow, it was pretty annoying; if would be nice to have a kettle and some cups provided.

We had a wonderful stay at sleepnatocha..staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a very good location. We had a last minute issue and the manager Maité did everything she could possibly do to accomodate our need. We definitely recomend and would come back.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Walked to Real Alcazar, Cathedral, Plaza España, etc! The hotel was clean but does not offer many amenities such as hair conditioner or iron and ironing board. The shower faucet was placed very awkward and we wet the entire bathroom everytime we showered.
