Modern hotel right in the centre and we had a fantastic terrace. Oddly, the shower needs a good scrub to get rid of the mould and we had trouble w the cleaner not leaving any toilet paper. The AC was also difficult to get right. Also odd that some of the reception staff spoke no English at all.

Nice stay in Seville
Nice, clean, modern hotel. Only complaint was sound proofing not the best. We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious. Didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. Great location … walking distance to everything. There is building work going on opposite hotel but it was not intrusive to our stay.

The location was fabulous, the hotel was beautifully decorated and the rooms were great. We particularly loved the 7th floor room with sunset views, it was spectacular. The only thing we didn't like was the bed, it was rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable.

The property has a great location and the patio rooms are amazing!! The staff were so helpful and friendly. However, the only complaint would be the bed was rock hard and we slept terribly every night of our stay.

Good Location
The hotel is in a good location for exploring and is across the road from an underground car park. Hotel guests can park there for €20 pd rather than €35. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and included tea making facilities (but no milk). The breakfast was fine, however first impressions were not great as on three occasions we found the breakfast bar looking sparse & bare with little choice. Clearly, the staff couldn't keep up with demand.

The hotel had all the basic amenities you needed and is near all the great shopping so very convenient BUT the room we were in 610 was hot! The aircon is very slow and not powerful at all. So sleeping in the night with heat 35 degrees outside was warm. It is good for 1-2 days but longer no. Breakfast could improve as variety was alright and some cutleries needs to be cleaned better after coming out of the dish washer. Overall, it was good enough alright.

Parking no problem
Staff were great. Thought that parking would be a problem, but it was not with Saba underground parking across the street. sAntonio was a great help checking us in with the car and giving instructions on where to go. Great place.

We only stayed here for a couple nights but the staff was amazing. Unfortunately during our stay my partner got really unwell and the staff at the counter were very helpful letting me know which hospital to go to etc. they were very understanding of the situation and allowed for a late checkout too. The rooms themselves are a very generous size, extremely comfortable bed. Would 💯 come back and stay for even longer.

The hotel was in a good location to get to the river and city centre. The breakfast was poor , some mornings you had to ask if they could gets some yoghurts, croissants out, the staff not very good at keeping things topped, not much variety. There was building work going on either side of the hotel, which i had booked a room with a terrace, which was right next to a large building having a full renovation, i asked to move as this was unsuitable and this was granted. They had a bar in the lobby, but this was not manned during the day unless you pressed a button and someone would then come out. Hotel lacked any nice vibe. Even though it was modern inside and close proximity to everything, I definitely would not stay there agsin because of the poor breakfast and staff with not so great hospitality and customer service.

Enjoyed our 4 nights at Hotel America. Location is great, rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there in the future without hesitation.

The hotel is in a great location being only 10 mins walk from the centre of everything. Far enough away but still close. Rooms were very clean and very relaxing. Staff throughout were very pleasant and helpful especially Irene who checked us in early. Would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend it.

Think this was more a 4* then a 3*. I swapped my hotel from Derby to América last minute due to the more modern rooms and I'm so glad I did! The hotel was clean and the aircon worked amazing the beds were comfy and the location is prime. Walking distance to everything with an Aldi less then a minute walk away. The only thing I would say is that the accessibility is a difficult for those with mobility issues, when entering and leaving the hotel. The lifts to get to your room are amaizng. But you have like 3/4 steep stairs to get into the hotel. They do have a small lift but it's a headache to get it working and I couldn't imagine doing that everytime I needed to come in. Other then that amazing clean and fresh. Staff are very helpful too and it's a steal for the price
