Staff is not organization about customer file, example they offer us door card with wrong room which was occupied by someone. And later, we have got answer was that our passports numbers were related to that wrong room.

The saving grace for this hotel was Ana at the front desk. Always friendly, helpful and professional. You can catch a bus right outside to the historic center..about 40 min ride. The room was very stuffy...did not matter if you had AC on or left the window open. Very uncomfortable for sleeping.

Chose this hotel as it was just off the highway and my husband didn’t want to drive into the city of Seville. Bus service into town was directly out the front door. Room was clean and comfortable for our short stay.

Terrible. It is supposed to be smoke free but guess smoke in rooms and non-smoking policy is not enforced. I developed a terrible allergy and sore throat as a result.

Although the property was pleasing, it could do with some upgrades. The cost was excessive but that may have been due to the number of visitors to Seville for the period we were visiting due to the Europa Cup Final. I had reason to contact reception due to the hairdryer not working in the bathroom and a replacement was provided very quickly showing the willingness of the staff to please clients.

It is far from the city center / down town. However, you still can take a couple of bus or train to get into the town. Travel time is about 40 mins each way.

As you can see at Expedia website or Hotels.com website, we are not situated at the city center. Nevertheless, we have a good comunication by bus (2 lines that bring you into the old town in 25-30 minutes) and you can by the 10 trips buspass at the reception, or train, the just take 09 minutes to get to San Bernardo and 12 minutes to reach Santa Justa. This place was ideal for me and my son. Who were there to watch a football at the seville training ground. People are mostly very helpfull. If you try and speak the language. Be prepared to walk but you can also hire bikes or electric scooters from the hotel so there is options. A nice place

Very nice hotel! Staff speak English which is very helpful. Room is clean and comfortable, wonderful soaking bathtub/ shower combo. Staff helped with train and bus directions. About a 1/2 hour city bus ride into Sevilla but worth it to see the sights and ready to navigate. Train is a 10 minute walk to hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Bellavista Sevilla for Semana Santa (Holy Week). The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I definitely utilized the coffee machine and refrigerator! I speak Spanish, but it was my first time in Seville. The front desk staff were very helpful with finding directions, helping me to recharge my bus pass, getting tickets for shows, etc. They answered all my questions with a smile and with easy to understand information. Additionally, I ate at the restaurant several times, and the food was quite good. The staff there were affable and I felt right at home. The only thing I would note is that this hotel is about a forty minute bus ride from the center of Seville, so plan accordingly. The buses come often, but you can't just walk to the city center. The area of the hotel is very residential, though there are bars and a grocery nearby. If you want a bustling nightlife, this is not the area for you. However, if you want a quiet, relaxed, friendly, hotel, this is the place to stay!

Fantastic Staff and service
We had to book here as our hotel booked on another site cancelled on us! It was a bus journey away from the centre of sevilla but easily enough to do. Hotel was clean and lovely. Staff were absolutely fantastic helpful and attentive. We left a bracelet in our room and they had kept it in the safe for us so when we contacted them they sent it to us by post. What fantastic service. The manager Pedro was very helpful and we would like to thank him and his staff for helping us out.

The hotel was super nice and clean, and the staff was outstanding. Vueling lost my suitcase, and the staff called the airline and bugged them until they brought it.

A bit out of the way from every thing, the room is clean enough and the room has every thing you need. The price is good but add ons ie car parking and meals because there is nothing close to eat makes it not that good value of money

This Hotel is located in a decent area very close enough to drive into downtown Seville and was quite comfortable. No view or balcony but a decent Room at a nice property.

The staff could have been a little more friendlier. The air conditioning was not working. We called the front desk and they sent a person who changed the filter. The breakfast was okay but lacked variety of fruit. There was orange juice.
