“Very dissapointed with this Hotel”
The service was awful and it is no where near a 4 star hotel. The room smelled so badly we couldn't even think of staying. Please look into another hotel because Seville is AMAZING and I hope for you to have a wonderful experience in Spain.
“Very comfortable and safisfying experience”
This hotel stay was very nice. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are very large too. What is most convenient about this place is its location to the major attractions and though the service of the employees is not the friendliest, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
“Beautiful hotel; rude unhelpful desk clerk”
Well, I'm here right now, and the morning desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful to me that I'm now scared to ask any more questions or for information that I badly need to help me get home. I really think people in the hospitality industry could make it their business to learn how to help people reconfirm flights or, at the very least, inform travelers from the US that you cannot EVER dial an 800 number in Spain. Sheesh, I've seen desk clerks in YOUTH HOSTELS making phone calls to book transport and accommodation for their guests. So now I have an unconfirmed flight and no idea in the world how I'm going to get my bike to the airport or even if the airline will let me take my bike. Thanks Mercaderes.
“Good value hotel in a convenient location”
The hotel is in the middle of Santa Cruz neighborhood, 5-min walk to the cathedral and other major attractions. It is on a narrow lane and quiet at night. The room is small but quiet, bathroom is surprisingly modern and large for a historical building. There is only one window facing the corridor and courtyard - might be a problem for some people. No wireless spot but hotel does have free public pc for checking emails.
“A perfect stay”
The hotel was beautiful. Right in the center of the city, in Plaza Salvador which is a fun and vibrant area. The hotel was classic, very clean and comfortable. The room had very high ceilings, an immaculate bathroom and a nice flat screen TV. The hotel staff was very welcoming. We are a young couple and the hotel was perfect for our budget and our trip as a whole. I lived in Sevilla for 5 months, so I know the areas of the city very well and this hotel was just perfection. For visits in the future, this hotel will be my first choice.
“A little dark, but nice”
Two problems: no view at all (a window to a wall, basically), and a cockroach in the hallway outside my room. Other than those minor (for me) problems, great hotel.
“Great Location!!!”
Hotel was centrally located to shopping and the various historical sites and very good eating establishments! Staff was very helpful. For the price this was a deal!
“Okay place to stay”
Pros: The hotel is in the perfect neighborhood, very close to attractions, big rooms/ bathroom and the employees were friendly and helpful. Cons: The beds are not comfortable, the carpet/sofa/comforter were dated and did not feel clean, the computers were not working and NOTE ****the breakfast is not included in the expedia price, which was only revealed at checkout certainly not worth the 18 Euros we were charged per person. Overall, would stay again if needed because the location was safe and near key areas.
