You have not stayed at the hotel, your reservation was no show. We have already informed you that to modify the date of your arrival you should contact Expedia, since your reservation was through this intermediary, but you did not do so and you have chosen to publish an uncertain comment to damage our hotel by not modifying the date of his arrival, when you was to do it through Expedia. The staff only was doing their job, inform you what you had to do to modify your check in date, although was a non refundable reservation (is no possible to change the date and cancelation is no possible without fee), and you requested the modification of the date on the day of departure of your reservation.

Regarding taxis, it is true that there is a taxi stop at the door of the hotel and it is usually covered, we regret that when you left there was no taxi and you had to wait a few minutes. Regarding the rate, it is something foreign to the hotel, since it is a rate imposed by taxi drivers, and the airport rate is between € 25-30, depending on the time.
