The apartment was perfect for our family. It was close enough to walk to many of the sites and attractions we were in Seville to see. There was a little bit of delay in getting the info for check in/ how to access the apartment but it was all sorted quickly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful courtyard, very quaint. There were however cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor behind the door and the beds were a bit hard.

Much more modern than I expected, very spacious, was only there one night but could happily spend a week or more here. Very central, lots of bars, cafes, places to eat within walking distance.

Hotel is rated 3 stars but it's not. It's two at the best. Stuff is old and not so clean. Minimalistic. Great location

Great location for sightseeing. Professional, friendly and helpful staff Some aspects and appliances in the room were beginning to look tired, but the important ones, bedlinen, towels etc were fine. Overall it repressed excellent value for money

this hotel is very close to lots of bars and restaurants but as soon as you get into your apartment it is so peaceful and relaxing

Nice location...but room faced the noisy street
Room was to be within the courtyard area, but instead they put us in a room facing the street. Extremely noisy with cars, scooters and loud pedestrians walking to the plaza area. This was very disappointing, as it’s in a great location and the courtyard area rooms looked like they were nice.

Your 50m away from 30plus cafes and bars. Really good feeling about thus community all the kids and parents come out to play each day at 6pm 1or 2 ks from old town

Very nice hotel close to the centre
The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. Checked in in 5 minutes, stayed for two days, nobody interrupted me, checked out in 2 minutes and went to the airport. Friendly and quick.

Great location but lack of good hot water
The premises were nice and a fantastic location. However, there was almost no hot water. When I complained they said just run it for 5-10 mins but even then it was lukewarm and if my wife wife showered I had to shave and shower in cold water. Not what you expect in a decent hotel. The bed was seriously had and uncomfortable, again possibly OK in a youth hostel but not at a hotel for adults.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and easy parking. Staff were fairly helpful and friendly despite a language barrier with some of them. We were not able to get the internet working at this hotel. The wifi signal was strong, but there was no internet connection. The staff seemed to think the wifi signal was weak in our room, but we couldn't connect anywhere in the hotel.

Fabulous stay
The hotel couldn't of been better. Lovely apartment. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke some english . It was located in a lovely plaza which had lots bars and restaurants. The area was lively but not noisey. The food in the local bars was first class. It was also a ten minute walk into the centre of seville. Recommend it to all.

Great location. Beautiful courtyard.
This was a nice, clean apartment with a kitchenette, bedroom with two twins and a pull-out sleeper in the living room that accommodated our family of four. Our only disappointment was that the pull-out was not very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The apartment offered value for money. Overall, we enjoyed staying there. It was very clean and kept clean. The kitchen needs some updating. The pots and pans were few and some in not very good condition. No toaster, for example. The reception staff barely said hello. The cleaning staff was excellent.

Don't visit a city..live in it !!!
We are not the typical tourists. so when our travel agency booked us @ Los Patios de La Cartuja for our 21 days stay in Seville, it was perfect. Not the classic cold hotel rooms. it was like being part of a "Spanish vecindario " without the chatty neighbors. Individual two bedroom apartment, with kitchen and nice bathroom. Friendly staff and not everywhere you have breakfast with the owner that fills you in with tips, and nice conversation. Great surprise to see the improvements made to the rooms. Great location and better prices. BOOK IT !!

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped kitchen. Great neighborhood,plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. Close to the local buses that runs frequently.

Excellent hotel and staff
Very spacious room with one bedroom, a living room and a kitchen. The room has two tvs oven and fridge. The hotel has a nice interior patio with lots of flowers and some shade cover. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with many food options. And last but not least, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and went beyond their line of duty to solve my problems. I cannot recommend it enough.

Comfortable place to stay in Seville
The hotel was a little out from the centro, but we were aware of this, but it was close to a good selection of eating places. Seville is a large city and is difficult to get around and finding parking is very difficult and expensive. The main tourist attractions are spread out, so a great deal of walking is involved, and would advise anyone visiting Seville to get as much information as possible beforehand, as we didn't find a tourist information office anywhere. Couldn't fault the hotel at all, but in all our travels, we found Seville very difficult to navigate. We did, however, find the locals more than willing to help.

Very basic holiday apartments
This is a complex of holiday apartments. It is not a hotel. The rooms appear much nicer in the photos than they ally are. The towels, the bedding sheets and the mattress are basic quality. Really cheap. There was no warning during the reservation process that no cleaning or towel change would be done for the first 3 days of stay. Later on we saw that in the English version of the website, not in the Spanish one. No internet service during one of the nighs and part of the morning and no staff to solve this problem during the night or provide us with fresh towels. Do not pay big bucks for this hotel. It is not worth it! The area is nice with lots of cafes and restaurants to eat. Nice walk to downtown Seville.

watch out for the booking price
Great location and very clean lovely spacious apartment. The only problem i had was with the booking price. For first two nights i was charged 40 € each but for the third one 65€. When Iv asked about it at the reception they told me it was the booking price and because there was a party, it makes no sense as I came in November and there wasn't many visitors.

Hotel is ok but the apartment itself was great
The hotel itself isn't notable and the parking spaces were very small. The rooms however were marvelously comfortable and contemporary. The kitchen was a great size and the layout of the apartment convenient. The hotel is near many restaurants.

Great location but brings street noise
Room was spacious, clean, refreshing and lovely. Perfect location and appreciated the parking garage. Only drawback is that it's right off a main square and people walking by all hours of the night incredibly noisy. Rooms and views best streetside but would suspect a garden view room would be quieter.

Family friendly all around.
We were only here for one night, but the price was right, the location wonderful and the room itself worked well for our family. We arrived in the middle of a summer heat wave and the air conditioning was a god send. When we arrived the attendant was nowhere to be found and I had to wait about 30 min. But once he arrived the check in process was quick and easy. Parking was convenient in the public lot. But the price was very very high. However the price of the hotel was affordable so it balanced out. We enjoyed a quick breakfast around the corner before heading down to the Alcazar and cathedral before leaving town. Overall, a good affordable place with large clean apartment. Good for families and likely for longer stays.

air quality was bad. No safe way to leave windows open, no screen. AC unit was not easy to understand. Room floor not clean. Pretty great location. There was confusion about breakfast included. The early morning hotel staff could not speak English and the Seville people could not understand my Spanish accent. The manager / owner of the adjoining cafe was rude. Maybe big city attitude was a surprise to me.

Don't be fooled by the exterior look. Interior patio is very nice, and the rooms are fully renovated. And the location is just perfect.
