Well-located hotelPosted Mar 31, 2014
Cons: Creature comforts
The hotel was in a good central location. The rooms were adequate if a bit stark in keeping with the characterization of the hotel as "high tech." Overall, it worked for us, but we would not rush back.

Sleepless in SevillePosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Great location for sight-seeing, and nice and quiet at night.
Our 4-night stay left us exhausted. The room was hot and stuffy, and the mattress was rock hard. Night 1 we had the AC on; we could hear the fan blowing, but it didn't produce any cool air. Next morning we reported the AC was broken, but were told the hotel hadn't switched it on yet so the only option was to sleep with the window open. So that's what we did night 2 - AC off, and the window open. Still didn't manage to get any air through, and the church bells rang early, so we complained again - to be told the AC had been switched on the previous day (shame no-one had thought to tell us ...). Looking forward to a good night's sleep with AC on night 3, but following the advice we were initially given (that the temperature dial didn't have any effect), we switched AC on low and left the dial on the lowest setting, 10 C. Woke in the night, frozen (the dial does work once the AC is on). Finally got the temperature sussed by night 4.

Dear Michelle, Thank you for staying with us and your time to send us your comments. We really appreciate them. We are so sorry for the inconveniences during your stay regarding the AC. You were staying when we change the central system from hot to cool, cause the previous week it was cold in Seville, and suddenly the hot was coming. Our piping system needs a couple of days to make the maintenance program and recover the right temperature. It is really necessary. Sorry for this misunderstanding. We hope you will trust us again very soon. Cordially Yours, Mr. Barroso Manager

WELL LOCATED IN SEVILLEPosted Mar 28, 2014
THE LOCATION IS GREAT, CLOSE TO MAIN AREAS OF INTEREST. A LOT OF RESTAURANT OPTIONS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. ROOMS JUST AVERAGE. HARD BEDS AND PILLOWS. WIRELESS WAS INACCESSIBLE IN OUR ROOM. THE STAFF WAS NICE AND HELPFUL

Good location, classy feel, helpful staff.Posted Mar 16, 2014
Pros: Location. Comfort.
Cons: Air-con working
Location: Good location for walking around Seville. Lots of good tapas bars nearby.
We stayed for 3 nights in this quiet, airy hotel. It's located in a narrow street with a lovely tapas bar around every corner. The room was nicely decorated with a frosted glass door to the bathroom, window to the street and aircon which may work (didn't for us - but not too hot in March) The help-yourself coffee machine on ground floor and choice of juices in a fridge were a nice touch. There is also a sun deck on the roof with a few loungers, if you fancy a siesta in the sunshine.

Great location in the heart of SevillaPosted Mar 8, 2014
Pros: Free coffee and tea in the lobby, proximity to heart of Sevilla
Cons: The bathrooms were not that clean and there were not enough towels and soap for a triple room occupancy
This hotel worked perfectly for our family. The location is ideal for walking around the heart of Sevilla. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of hotel.

okay place. avoid breakfast unless it's includedPosted Dec 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The rooms were clean and fine. The beds were a bit hard. It's an okay place to stay but avoid the breakfast! At €16.50 you can feed a family at a much better place.

In the heart of old sevillePosted Dec 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location, close to many of the tourist sites. very helpful staff. Rooms a large size by European standards. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, especially cleaning the bathroom. Otherwise a nice place to stay

Not the cheapest but it totally worth the extra penny! The shower is the best part, it has shower and side jets which make taking a shower a whole experience. Super clean, neat and well maintained this places is awesome. Close to everything in a quaint neighborhood.
