Very pleased with hotel, a lot better than I had anticipated. Very large bedroom and bathroom, situated on a street with some character across canal from main part of Seville.

Great location with parking
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: It's a chain so no inherent charm.
One of the best things about this hotel is the underground parking on site. You have to pay for it but it was nice to be so close to the old city (just across the bridge) and have a parking spot. It was not the easiest place to find because so few streets have signage but once we did, we really enjoyed the location!

Very nice but a few flaws

Good location and pretty property with large rooms. The two things we did not like was first that there wasn't any AC only heat. We went in winter but it was still warm and muggy sonit was needed. Sleeping with the windows open was noisy and not fun. Second was the shower water temperature. It just would not stay warm. It kept fluctuating from cold to hot no matter how I adjusted it.

Great hotel with a small stain
Posted Jan 8, 2012
Pros: Location, cleanliness, breakfast buffet
Cons: One member of their staff was extremely rude
Location: Excellent location
The hotel was great in general except for one of the clerks at the reception desk who was the rudest person I ran into in our entire trip to Spain (4-week stay), certainly a stain for this hotel. Fantastic location (the "Turibus" stops right across the street from the hotel). Very close to the historical part of the city and to the Guadalquivir river. Lots of restaurants nearby and all kinds of shopping. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Very clean, nice rooms. Great value for any traveler. Just watch out for the rude guy at the front desk!

Great location Great Hotel
Posted Jan 5, 2012
Pros: Location
Cons: Parkin Costs
Location: Fantastic
In a brilliant location in the Triana district. Close to many great Tapas Bars and Restaurants, all of which were very welcoming and reasonably priced. Easy walk in to the centre of the City. It couldn't have been better located. 19€ a night for the parking at the hotel seemed a bit expensive.

Couldn't believe the quality for the low cost
Posted Jan 30, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel was not brand new, but no matter. It was tucked away off of the main road and beautiful. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They had patience with my Spanish even though they could've conversed in English faster. Clean, comfortable room. We were very happy.

lovely location and grounds in authentic sevilla
Posted Jan 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
It was a lovely stay, with attentive staff and a well maintained property. The room was nicely furnished. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive, when there are bakeries right down the street. The location is nice, in a historic area of Triana, a mere 15 minute walk to the main attractions. I lived in Sevilla for 5 months and I already knew where I wanted to stay when I came back with my boyfriend. Highly recommended
