This hotel is ranked as a four star hotel but really should be a three star the hotel itself was nice but only a few of the staff was helpful. Good location. However, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Lovely hotel in Triana
I chose this hotel as I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool. The location is great, you can take a bus from the bus station (Prado de San Sebastian), or to Plaza de Armas (for the airport). Under 10 minutes walk to the Triana market, lots of bars/restaurants, supermarkets, and flamenco theatres. The hotel is clean, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, nice rooftop bar and the swimming pool. Would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms are compact but great and have everything you need. The hotel is within walking distance from all major landmarks and areas but it is in a residential spot, possibly by a school. Staff were ok, it does say multilingual on the hotel but only one staff member spoke a little English the others didn’t seem too interested in helping us. The restaurant staff were great.

We stayed in the apartment and it was ideal for 4pp (2adult, 2kids). Close to most everything and local neighborhood was quaint with market, ceramics, food and shopping.

We all thought the Zenit apartment was delightful but unfortunately there was a problem with the door of our room Apartment 2B and we spent a lot of our stay waiting for staff to let us into our room . We had to go to reception on 4 separate occasions, so it did put pressure on our time as had to keep waiting outside . The staff were only too happy to assist , it was a beautiful hotel

Worth it
Really enjoyable stay. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Hotel areas well presented and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Location quiet and respectable, in courtyard off street. Close to tapas bars etc either side of Triana Bridge. Well worth 4 stars.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was well laid out with everything you needed,expecially lovel the toiletries from dental kit to shoe horn everything was supplied. The plug layout in the room as well as the bluetooth speaker system was also an added bonus.The location was very good within easy walking distance from the centre. The icing on the cake was the roof top /solarium, pool and bar where we enjoyed a great tasting cocktail while taking in the veiws

This was an excellent choice for our family holiday. The family room was the best we’ve ever had (two whole rooms with a connecting hallway that can be closed off from the public corridor). The restaurant was excellent for dinner at a good price. The roof bar and pool were a plus. The area is buzzing with plenty of eating options, and most attractions are within a 15 min walk or a €5 uber. Excellent.

Stay was OK, but definitely not a 4* hotel.
Stayed here during a major sporting event for 2 nights in Mid May 2022 after switching from another Seville hotel where I had stayed for 3 nights. For 240 EUR a night it was a mediocre experience. At this rate, it didn't even include breakfast which was an issue as their restaurant then doesn't open until 2pm every day. The hotel restaurant is trying to be a restaurant in it's own right rather than focusing on what would be it's core clientele, there are about 5 different menus and is lacking simple wholesome meals. It is the same case with the rooftop pool, which doesn't open until 2pm. Owing to the size of the pool you get chased off your sun loungers every hour until the point where 5 of us were sharing one small table to store our belongings whilst other customers seemed to be left completely alone. The bar / restaurant manager on duty on the night of 18/05 was incredibly rude, refused to even sell us water and refused to answer us when we asked if anywhere near the hotel was open. If you return to the hotel late you are restricted to a small tin of cocktail nuts and a Wispa bar. You seem to need a mechanical engineering degree to work out how to work the air-conditioning which is then given sparingly. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are great, with a fantastic shower. Overall experience OK, but there are far better value options with friendlier staff elsewhere in Seville. Gets reduced marks on the basis of staff friendliness, food service / availability AC.

The only issue we had was that the swimming pool wasn’t open until 1st June as it was seasonal but the daily temp was 32’C. With those daily temperatures the pool would have been I nice touch

Really nice hotel, clean, modern, great rooms. Rooms well appointed - including fridge - bathroom very good, only negative was a slightly uncomfortable bed. Highly recommend the hotel for its facilities, quality and rest location - just off the main track but a lovely walk to all the best attractions.

Lack of service minded staff
The hotel is nice but staff is not service minded or intelligent enough to understand the needs nor interests of their clients. First of all at check in I was never informed about 20 euro/night parking. Which I should had. As well the staff in the restaurant did not allow me to take away coffe due to not having a Corona vaccination passport. Regardless if I showed a two day negative PCR test. When trying to order my coffee to my room it took 45 minutes and three attempts to make that happen. IMHO it’s just ridiculous and not even getting a apology for that is low level of service spirit. Sorry but you had once chance and you blow it. There is many more similar hotels in Sevilla that understand the aspect of taking care of their clients.
