Seventy cents to city centrePosted Jul 12, 2014
What a week, a great bargain got better with our daughters being upgraded, well we only paid, but a double with the one you love is better than any upgrade. So a great start, and excellent reception staff who offered an alternative when we found our double was a twin . Lovely pool and coffee in Jen's special room. Very handy for the bus , a minute to the nearest stop, a one fifty trip to Seville, 70 ish cents with a card purchased from a tabac, what value. Food around silken is limited, el 37 was very overrated on TripAdvisor, cannot think of where to recommend. Very obvious overcharging one accepted, other lack of understanding. On balance lets go for the one turnright outof hotel, cross dual carriageway, turn left, and restaurant on corner. Real Betis stadium very near and great landmark. Weather was sublime

Good transport linksPosted Jul 10, 2014
My stay here was a pleasant one. I found the hotel clean, bright and spacious. It's quite big, compared to where I would normally stay.it is more of a business hotel, not the greatest of views or balconies on each room. Which didn't bother me. Room was cleaned every day. Bed was big, Hard as hotels usually are. Wifi was rubbish but there are Internet connections in your room. I didn't eat there at all so can't comment on the restaurants. Pool area is very nice clean and tidy. Bus stop round the corner takes you to either of the 2 bus stations in centre for € 1.4. everything was easily with in walking distancefrom these. Sevici bike rack also just round the corner.

City break.Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: The hotel is in easy reach of the city-plenty of cheap buses. All the facilities were clean.
Cons: Cost of drinks expensive.
Location: As highlighted there is quick, clean and safe bus in to the centre of Saville
We chose this hotel as it had a reasonable size pool and was within a short bus ride to the city centre. We also found a package that fitted our minimal budget. We used the hotel as a base-opposite the football stadium and on excellent cheap bus routes in to the centre. There were local bars and a supermarket near by. We visited in June and temperatures were in the region of 35c. The pool, was a welcome relief. Seville is a lovely city and we felt safe even late at night. We managed to eat out relatively cheaply and found bars frequented by locals.

Lovely hotel, just a few kms from city centrePosted Jul 1, 2014
While the hotel itself was a little passed its hay day, the facilities and attentive staff made our stay truly excellent

Amazing quality hotel for the pricePosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Free wifi (though it was a bit flaky)
Cons: Beers were a bit expensive compared to everywhere else, and it would have been nice if there was space in the fridge for our own food.
Location: There's a few restaurants/cafés a short walk away, but they're spread out; better to go to the bus stop just round the corner and head to town.
Staff were lovely (and all spoke english), rooms were spotless and the pool area was lovely. Lockbox wasn't too expensive (3 euro per day), and there was free wifi in the lobby. We flew with Ryanair and needed to print our return flight's e-ticket while at the hotel, and the staff were more than happy to oblige. Never actually ate at the hotel, but the cafe area was nice enough.

Overall very good.Posted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Lovely hotel. Will be going back next year without hesitation. Excellent helpful staff. Great pool. Lovely breakfast spread.
Cons: This is a big, busy hotel and its only major problem is the reception desk area. In the fours days we were there it was constantly busy with queues of
Location: 10 minute cab ride into Seville Centro or 20 minute bus ride. Or you can walk, which we did, taking 45 minutes.
Overall very good. Upgraded to a more expensive room with a terrace overlooking the pool area, with the added facility of access to the Elite dining area for breakfast, which was superb. A couple of sunbeds on the terrace of the room or more comfortable chairs would have been nice. Also, tea and coffee making facilities in the room were missing.

Lovely Hotel but a bit out of the way.Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: - Huge beds - Nice sized rooms - Most amenities provided - Pool wasn't overcrowded (sunbed towel and water 1 euro for the duration of your stay)
Cons: - Food - Reception organisation (check out took over an hour due to queues) - Directions around the hotel (some things are not clearly marked)
Location: City Centre has loads to do: Royal Alcazar Palace, Maria Luisa Park, Plaza De Espana, Metropol Parasol, Golden Tower and Giralda.
Overall a really enjoyable holiday, both hotel and the city itself were great. Be aware that the hotel is a good 40 minute walk from the city centre, and the heat makes it alot worse. Taxis are between 6-10 euros (depending on time of day) to the city centre and they are always outside the hotel. In terms of the food, the cafeteria and pool bar provided the most consistent food, although slightly pricey. Wouldn't recommend the buffet or tapas, as you can get much better for the money in the centre (with taxi fees included). We found that its best to spend the majority of the mornings & early afternoon by the pool and then head into the city once the heat of the day had passed. Most attractions don't close until around 6-8pm, so don't feel rushed. The hotel facilities were very nice, rooms very clean and the pool was not full of people (something that big hotels are usually let down by). Taxis from the airport should be between 25-30 euros.

Great value for moneyPosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: Our A/C had to be fixed twice during our 3 night stay.
Location: Very good location right on the nicest Avenida in Seville. A short bus ride to the heart of the city.
This hotel is truly an excellent value. Rooms are nice and so is the pool. Food is really great as well. Our breakfast was included in the price and it exceeded all expectations. We ended up having dinner in the hotel throughout our stay as well. The restaurand 'Bistro' has fantastic tapas and desserts. The drinks at the bar are generous to say the least. Recommended.
