Pros: The large lounge areas and garden are beautiful and relaxing. The staff excellent.
Cons: To have an Iron and kettle in the room (had to book and use on a daily basis). The spa facilities are limited as they are run by an outside company.
Location: 10 min taxi ride to Cathedral and Shopping
The Buffet break fast was fantastic as was the tapas at the Brassiere. The staff at both were welcoming and really great. The Cafe was a bit limited but open loner hours. The room was very comfortable and clean and also very quiet.

The hotel is large and beautifully decorated.Posted Nov 3, 2013
Pros: The hotel is visually stunning inside, the decor is very pleasant and it is large with a bar, piano bar and areas to sit and reflect.
Cons: We found the hotel to be a little impersonal as it was very large and tea and coffee facilities in the room would be very welcome!
Location: The hotel is in Seville which I believe has many things to see, however we travelled outside of seville. The road system in seville was manic!
First impressions of the hotel were very good, it was large and beautifully decorated. Check in was very quick and easy and the staff spoke a variety of languages and were eager to please. The room however, was disappointing. There were no tea and coffee facilities and our beds were rock hard. The first 2 nights sleep were disturbed due to this. The restaurant seemed to be very reasonably priced however the menu was a little unusual and so we decided not to eat there. We used the hotel simply to sleep at night as we traveled around the surrounding areas during the day. The hotel is situated in Seville not far from it's mad one way system! don't miss your turning you'll be stuck on the road for a long time before you get another chance to turn off! The other thing worth mentioning is that the hotel charges for its car park. Parking around the hotel is free but cars are not safe at night. The paths are covered with broken car window glass and the hotel receptionist told us that car break ins were frequent.

Pool was great to come back after heat of sights!Posted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Not in the centre - which was good considering the heat in August. Easy access via buses though.

Plastic ham and awful catering staffPosted Aug 21, 2013
Pros: Price was reasonable.
Cons: Staff and all the extras you had to pay for
Location: Out of city centre, but on regular bus route
Hotel is fine if used as a base. However, be prepared to pay extra for EVERYTHING and to experience some of the worst food ever from a hotel that allegedly has 4 stars. Staff in the Restaurant were surly, unresponsive and downright rude - they seemed to spend more time whispering to each other in a corner than actually serving. They certainly need to try much harder on customer service if they want to justify any tips they may receive. Hotel seemed to focus very much on families, making the pool area noisy all day and breakfast chaotic.

Good for a rest and relaxing break!Posted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Breakfast buffet was great - the pool and sun loungers are v good
Cons: Half board buffet, is very similar each night, you always need to eat in the same room every night - cant go to other 2 other restaurants
Location: Fine, 6 euros into Seville (to the Cathedral etc)
Hotel was fine, nice bar areas, decent rooms and pool area is v good. Good location only 6 euros into town. Staff friendly. Downsides - half board food in the evenings was very similar each night - and the room itself does not have much atmosphere - more like a canteen than a restaurant.

Paying for a beach towel!Posted Aug 11, 2013
This hotel is a bit far from the main attraction , long way if you don't have a car, outside hotel looks modern but rooms not so much, we had a broken lock in our room so door did not lock at all, and it took a long time to get someone to come and fix it, Place have a pool outdoor, but beware if you need towel prepare to pay 1 euro. or bring your own,

Short taxi ride to all Seville sightsPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice hotel. Waited a long time to check in, and (having paid in advance) couldn't spend the extra 45 minutes to check out, I.e. the reception is short of staff!! Hotel features (room comfort, cleanliness, etc.) very good - side not eat in hotel so cannot comment on food and beverage aspects.

Great Hotel and Pool!Posted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: Great Pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.
Cons: For value for money - no faults whatsoever.
Location: 5 minute taxi to the city centre
This is our third time staying in this hotel and again, we weren't disappointed. Although it isn't in the centre of the city you get the benefit are a large, lovely pool which is perfect for the hot July/Aug weather. The city centre is an easy five minutes away by taxi and cabs are readily available outside the hotel entrance. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel offers great value for money and easily offsets any additional taxi costs at 5-6 Euros each way. Seville is a great city for a long or short break - we stayed for 9 days this time and still didn't want to come home! A few tips on the hotel and area: There is a supermarket just 10 minutes awayfor water, snacks etc. No need to bring you own towels as these are provided by the pool for 1 euro each (plus they provide you with a small bottle of water). We always upgrade to a Club Room which has a terrace, ideal for relaxing outside (and drying wet clothes!). If you happen to arrive late there is a cafe practically opposite the hotel that serves food and drinks until late. Try the Hotel Alfonso Terrace for a pre dinner drink - lovely atmosphere and surprisingly cool on hot evenings. There is also a roof terrace on one of the hotels for a great view of Seville (very pricey but nice a treat all the same). I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Seville and this hotel.
