“Fisherman's Cove”

Wonderful location looking north from Beau Vallon. Close enough to Victoria to be convenient but far enough away to be thoroughly quiet and enjoyable. Quiet and excellent amenities. Several good restaurants nearby and easy access to a great beach and several good dive shops. Beautiful property and setting.

“A relaxing week in the Seychelles!”

This is a fabulous hotel set in lovely grounds in a great location. Although no beach of its own there was easy access to a beautiful public beach. Our air-conditioned junior suite was excellent with a view and small terrace area overlooking the sea which was just a few meters away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our week's stay and made us feel welcome and special. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options and set us up for the day; the al-la-carte restaurant with excellent food with both restaurant areas and bar open to the air with sea views. Staying at Le Meridian Fisherman's Cove, Seychelles was a truly relaxing holiday experience and one that we look forward to enjoying again.

“Good hotel, excellent location”

Excellent location close to a great beach and so some (basic) shops and restaurants. Some good spots for snorkeling. Junior suite well equipped and preserving intimacy from neighbours. Good, friendly staff. One (importantt) drawback : the exchange rate applied by that hotel is badly unrealistic.

“Will definitely return if we can - lovely!”

The hotel is situated at the end of the lovely Beau Vallon beach with it's own private access. It is a beautiful hotel built in a local style with impressive makuti roofed reception. Rooms are nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and modern in style iwht all the usual facilities (fridge, toiletries etc). The two restaurants provide excellent (if a little expensive outside of meal plans!) food and drinks - cocktails definitely worth it! We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea served on the 'pier'. There are themed evenings in the main restaurant each evenings and we really enjoyed the creole themed night. The hotel is well situated for walks along the beach and several other good restaurants are within easy reach. My only criticism would be that the housekeeping department seemed a little disorganised so rooms were a little late being serviced in the morning and sometimes towels had to be delivered later which could be inconvenient. However, the housekeeping staff were charming so difficult to be too critical of them! All in all a lovely hotel which we would definitely return to!

The Hotel is very nice the view that you see everywhere is amazing ,the staff is too friendly but you also have to visit 2 other islands in Sychelles which are praslin and la digue.

“Excellent hotel”

It was our first time in Seychelles. We went to Seychelles for our honeymoon. We were choosing between Fisherman's Cove and Hilton. We went for Fisherman's Cove, which was a bit cheaper, and did not regret it. The hotel is very conveniently located. The beautiful Beau Vallon beach is five minutes walk from the hotel premises. Victoria is 10 minutes drive. The hotel service exceeded our expectations. The staff spoke good English. They were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Complimentary tea with pancakes and cookies was very much appreciated. Dinners at Le Bourjeois restaurant by a Mauritian chef were exceptional. Free WiFi was available in the lobby and Cocoloba Bar. Thai massage with yoga elements by Sheila and sports massage by Sabrina at the SPA center was very relaxing and healthy. Our room was spacious and we had a good ocean view. Among the shortcomings: (a) we had a tile floor, I prefer carpets or wood; (b) the design of the room was pretentious but not functional, the shower was located almost in the center of the room and each time we took shower half of our room was covered in water; (c) one of the sinks kept getting stuck, the staff could not fix it; (d) at the end of our stay the water tank in the toilet broke. All in all, we paid a substantial amount of money for our honeymoon but the hotel was definitely a very good value.

“Superb hotel with warm and friendly staff”

My wife and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary in the Seychelles. We stayed at the Le Merridian Fishman's Cove. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our accomodations were superb and the staff was very warm and friendly. Special Thanks goes to Julia at the front desk. For some reason my iPad outlet was not working so she brought hers from home and let me charge at the front desk.

“Great hotel for all”

Very friendly staff. Accessible to main market with bus stop right outside the hotel. Beautiful villas with breathtaking views. 5 to 10 min walk to nearby (few) restaurants.

“Wonderful Vacation”

We (young couple) stayed for 5 nights. The hotel provides an excellent mix of quiet luxury accommodation in an accessible location. A village (Beau Vallon) with restaurants, small shops etc.. can be reached through small walk along the beach (bring a flashlight for late returns! as it can get quite dark under the trees). The staff helpfulness and friendliness is superb, food is excellent and (considering the quality) not overpriced. Rent a car and explore the island, go diving, or relax in the hotel pool! We will come back to this hotel again.
