Fantastic Hotel.....Excellent locationPosted Jan 6, 2014
Pros: Staff, Servicem ambience, good sized rooms, good decor, breakfast buffet is quite good too...
Cons: Make the WiFi cheaper in the rooms...
Went to Seychelles for honeymoon and stayed at Le Meridien fishermans Cove. From our arrival at the airport (airport transfer sorted for us for a fee of course) till we checked out, we had a fabulous time. Hotel staff were attentive and always willing to help. The hotel itself is located right on the beach with beautiful sea views and its so easy to relax with such a beautiful sight in front of you. The food was very good (a tad pricey but i was on honeymoon and didn't care too much). Will definitely go back to Seychelles at some point in the near future and i'm almost certain i'll be staying at Le Meridien Fisherman's cove again!

My stay was really fantastic. I really enjoyed myPosted Dec 19, 2013
Pros: Customer care, food and the hospitality was exceptionally wonderful.
Cons: I think regular check of beds. Other than that, to me everything was wonderful.
I learned that the staff at this hotel is very friendly, almost everyone of them. I have learned a lot from the management's approach or rather handling of clients. I am a business person too and am in a food industry so my staying at Le Meridien Hotel has helped me a lot.

Pros: Everything !
Cons: The Fan and AC were a bit noisy but other than that everything was just perfect !
Location: It's close to Victoria therefore, you have the chance to visit the city center in just 15 min ! Having the access on the beach was nice!
Upon arrival to the hotel ! we were upgraded to the junior ocean view suite , since it was our honeymoon ! it couldn't have been better than that ! Amazing location, and amazing welcome from the staff !

Le Meridien, NOT WORTH the PRICEPosted Jun 1, 2013
Pros: The ocean view
Cons: The food selection, wine knowledge, service quality and room cleanliness
Location: Fabulous location, second to none
The Seychelles are certainly a paradise. The Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove was NOT at international 5 star standards, based on service, food menu, staff training and cleanliness. The buffet breakfast was the exact same offerings for all of 14 day stay and they used powder eggs only for scrambled eggs and many times hot dogs substituted for sausages . Their fresh fruit selections were always covered in fruit flies. Birds are everywhere in the restaurants, jumping up on your table and stealing food scraps, as one re-visited the buffet. The breakfast chefs did not appear to know how to make an omelette (resulting in something between fried eggs and scrambled eggs). There was better variety in dinner selections, but the staff have very little wine knowledge, other than white, red or rose wine. Staff wine training would improve the wine experience and sell more wine. The rooms were kept tidy, but the beds were not changed very often (every 4-5 days). The bathrooms were serviced, but there was not a sanitized feeling. My room was full of red ants, which I showed to the maid yet nothing was done. For charging a 5 star hotel price, one would expect 5 star standards and service. The beauty of the Seychelles made everything bearable, but I would not stay at Le Meridien the next trip to Seychelles.

Wonderful VacationPosted Apr 3, 2013
Pros: Staff Helpfulness
Cons: Bring our own flashlight for the nightly return on the beach
Location: Nice mix of pricate luxury and access to a village close by.
We (young couple) stayed for 5 nights. The hotel provides an excellent mix of quiet luxury accommodation in an accessible location. A village (Beau Vallon) with restaurants, small shops etc.. can be reached through small walk along the beach (bring a flashlight for late returns! as it can get quite dark under the trees). The staff helpfulness and friendliness is superb, food is excellent and (considering the quality) not overpriced. Rent a car and explore the island, go diving, or relax in the hotel pool! We will come back to this hotel again.
