We had a wonderful time. I was surprised and happy to find a rocking chair in our room since I had a one-year-old. It made our bedtime routine feel like home. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Close to the event I was attending, the room lacked a sofa or a chair. Only had a small table and chair. Didn't have the breakfast provided, went elsewhere for breakfast. Clean, and friendly, just not worth the price of the room.

We really enjoyed staying here. Check-In staff was VERY nice. Check-Out staff...not so much. Sheets on our bed didn't fit the greatest. But overall we would absolutely stay here again.

It was fine. Just that, nothing special about it. Breakfast was a plus. The hotel elevator was out so that was inconvenient. Room was clean and hotel wasn't that busy. Parking lot was icy and needs to be cleaned up.

Both front desk staff were friendly and engaging and the service makes me want to return. Only complaint is the room temperature was hotter than the thermostat was set to. Love the "coziness" of the lobby, breakfast and 2 room suites especially since we have a toddler! This is a great place we repeatedly stay at when visiting nearby family!

It was fine, just slept there that is all.

This is a very nice hotel. Seems fairly new. Rooms were clean. Hot tub was hot, which is nice to finally find one that is hot and clean!! I didn't go in the pool so I have no idea what the temp was. Conveniently located off of the freeway. Breakfast was fine until I saw the lady warm up the french toast in the microwave right in front of you. I am a little picky when it comes to food, but once shouldn't expect much at hotels when they meal comes with your room, so I should lay off :) All in all a great hotel to stay at. If we are in the area again we will choose this one again.

The entire staff was very accommodating and pet friendly at all hours of the day. Our family has enjoyed the facilities for the 2nd Thanksgiving in a row. It's nice to be so accommodated when your so far from home to meet family at a central location. Thank you so much for the great stay!!
