Bad. Not coming back
Horrible smell in the room. The floor was dirty, the blankets were dirty. The bed was so hard. The curtain was broken so could close curtains all the way. The receptionists didn't greet us or try to help with the elevator. They did not replace toilet paper or water bottles for second night.

Hotel near subway station
Clean service apartment hotel. Very convienent to travel by subway as very near to Pudian Road subway station in Shanghai.

It wasn’t the best but it was close to the s and t museum there are no restaurants around unless you walk 15 mins the beds were comfortable but the staff were a bit funny it reminds me of a hotel where the staff only deal on front desk as my tv was broken and rather than bring me a key and show me to the room I had to go back to reception, overall weird hotel weird staff but room was ok

Good fit for business in financial district
Nice clean hotel at a reasonable expense. Nice large room. Simple entry, but nice and safe inside. Very quiet. Staff friendly. Great value. I had 10 days of meetings and it worked out very well.

Very nice hotel
If you are looking for kind hosts, clean classy and neat stay then this place offers that. In additional to that they do have a good location close to many attraction points and variety of restaurants. everyone helps over there

Hard to find ,the entrance looks lik an office building and they are remodeling it so it s even worst. Front desi very limited to help. It s not a foreigner frindly hotel but they try.Big room with kitchenett and own waher / dryer. Perfect becuase we nedded clean clothes.i was recommended tobtry street food and the location was perfect for that.

Very helpful staff
I enjoyed this hotel I love the location. It is extremely close to the subway which is a fantastic way to get around in Shanghai. Rooms were very nice and the staff was excellent. They also have very good Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again

A most enjoyable stay, even the cafe next door was very helpful loaning us a wine opener. Subway was very close by, about a minute walk & we can get to most sightseeing place easily.

Friendly Staff
Good inexpensive hotel. May not be as nice as the holiday inn just down the street, but way cheaper. SUPER friendly staff- they let me check in at 7:30AM after an international red eye flight and check out several days later at 1pm. Literally next door to #4 Pudian subway stop. Street food and restaurants close by too.

The consider is getting worst. The room is smelly and no wifi provided. The door spoil and unable to lock from inside room. The price is too high for a such hotel room. Not worth

Service was poor. Was locked out a few times due to the system. Bathroom water had a stench. Bathtub was clogged, had to call them for a room change, to which they insist we pack and they will fix it. Hairdryer was dirty, had dust all over it. Went for massage on the 2nd floor, and we forgot about the 15% discount for hotel guests, and they conveniently did not inform us.

Not a bad location at all...
Hotel is located right outside the exit of a subway station and one stop away from a major transfer point for ease of travel around the city. Hotel was in decent to fantastic condition. As a local hotel, the eateries, facilities etc. lack in comparison to a Western chain hotel but as long as you are a somewhat savvy traveler, exploring the area reveals everything you might need. There's Chinese eateries nearby and numerous convenience stores. The hotel has two banks in its close proximity. Hotel staff speak little to no English so if you have requests or questions you may run into some difficulty. I personally did not have an issue as I speak proficient Mandarin.

1. Superb location next to subway's Pudian stAtion. 2. Nice restaurants within stone throw away. 3. Big room 4. Peaceful on weekends and weeknights as workers have finished Work. 5. This will become one of my favorite hotels for an
I liked that I could get to this hotel easily by subway from the airport, and it was within walking distance to one of my favorite Shanghai markets. Plus the bed was not a hard bed like some Chinese hotels, it was actually comfortable and the room was well outfitted. Frankly I was surprised. The staff knew a bit of English, although I really try to just use Chinese in these situations.

Nice hotel, interesting prices but clearly some issues : - Wifi is not working at all, which is a problem for an European in China. I had to buy a sim card to get mobile data's - The people at the reception can't speak a word of English which doesn't really helped for the Wifi issue.

추천하지 않습니다.
호텔이라기 보다는 주방시설 및 세탁기가 있는 오래된 아파트 느낌이고, 겨울인데 난방이 부실해서 방 안에서 덜덜 떨었음. 춥다고 하여 방을 바꿨는데도 똑같아서 포기하고 그냥 지내다 감기 걸림. Wifi도 계속 끊겨서 메일 확인도 못하고 데이터로밍을 사용함. 화장실 하수구에서 악취가 슬슬 올라와서 힘들었음. 나는 이 호텔은 절대로 다시 숙박하지 않을 것임.

実際のホテル名は上海URBAN HOTEL。Baiduの地図を頼りに歩き回ったが見当たらない。誰も知らない。1ブロック異なる場所の異なるホテル名が予約したホテルだった。アパートメント形式で部屋も立地条件も悪くないがフロントの対応が悪い。

Gefallen hat nichts. Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Kein Frühstück, schlechtes W LAN, kein DSL. Zimmer relativ sauber, aber völlig runtergekommen.
