AWESOME HOTEL FOR ALL AGESPosted Apr 29, 2014
Location: Located in the business district with many large malls, subway and restaurants within walking distance.
Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It is excellent that this hotel caters for those who do not speak Chinese. Reception desk staff are all Chinese and English speaking which is great for translating and arranging sight seeing. The hotel has a card translating certain areas of interest to give to taxi drivers. Taxis are always in good supply, with little if any waiting time The cleanliness of this hotel is FAULTLESS, the bathrooms are so well planned, just lovely and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool and gym area are exceptional. Breakfast selection would have to be one of the best in the world. The business centre is also very good for computer access and printing boarding passes etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any age. A must stay hotel when travelling to Shanghai.

Lovely hotel!Posted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: Near metro stop. Room big- got 3 family members in no problem!
Cons: Not much- very nice.
Location: Near french area. A few tube stops form bund and the attractions near there.
Really nice hotel in Shanghai, not really that close to the bund but metro is really close to the hotel and is about 5 stops. Room spacious and had a good time there for a weekend. Near french quarter.

glass wall toiletPosted May 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Toilet design is nice but table top sink is shallow and water splashes out easily. Glass enclosure is nice but awkward if you are sharing the room.

Great quality/value ratio!Posted Mar 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great rooms, big, spacious, modern and clean, and super reasonably priced for a big city like Shanghai! The neighborhood definitly isn't the Bund, but lots of department stores in the area, and super accessible to subway, highway, etc...

good value for SHA hotelPosted Mar 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
price was very good for a SHA hotel. Service / desk staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Within walking distance of shopping center and about 30-40 min. walk to several good bars / restaurants.

best value for all around in ShanghaiPosted Jan 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
staff are very friendly, much better service than most of the hotels in the UK even higher band of Marriott; close to Xujiahui, and 2 metro lines so easy to go anywhere in Shanghai, highly recommended.

Very good. Hotel is very close to 4 shopping malls and 5 minutes walk to metro. If you like Hong Kong style of foods this is the hotel to stay because is close to at least 10 Hong Kong style restaurants. Will stay this hotel again if in Shanghai the next time.
