Stop over hotel okPosted Jul 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
We arrived at 10 in morning after 16 hours on travel. We were not given rooms until 14:00. We got access to pool and spa which helped. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very expensive. Internett in lounge worked for us.

Fabulous exercise room butPosted Apr 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
But i can't place my ipad on the machine, because there is no space that allows me. BK buffet was alright, fresh made juice is available. The room heater wasnt working, i tried warm the room but the air came out wasnt helping me. The internet service was through docomo which enables faster access to common american website. However my room had problems with it and it was fixed next day. Wifi in my room was so weak, it couldnt load a page. I mentioned all the negative things but other than these, it was great!

Never AgainPosted Apr 3, 2013
Pros: The room from 5:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Cons: The lack of hospitality amongst the staff (except for the lady making the omelettes in the Executive Lounge who was wonderful)
Location: Location is OK
This hotel gets along purely by being a Hilton. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in China and although typically Chinese hospitality is not the best this hotel is by far the worst. At breakfast I tried both the Executive Level and the lobby restaurant. The food was not much better than the free breakfasts offered by Holiday Inn Express. The service in the main lobby was horrendous. After about 10 minutes I got up to get some more food and the waitress took my coffee jug away - a way of telling me to leave. She then brought the clean napkins for the next guests and dumped them on the table. I had hardly been there and was clean and did not disturb anyone. This was most uncalled for. The hotel is like a railway station and does not have enough seating capacity to feed its guests breakfasts. The only good thing is the room until they wish to clean it at 8:00 am. Never again - I will visit Shanghai many more times but will stay away from this place.
