The worst hotel experience. They did not give me the room I booked and claimed it was a mistake from Hotels.com. Very bad service at the front desk.Room was not clean at all! I stayed one night instead of four.

I stayed here about 2 years ago and it has gone downhill. Not nearly as clean and the breakfast is much worse. Heat didn't work on lower level for my entire stay. Probably won't go back.

The staff speaks very limited English and the room is decent, but did not have a fridge or English TV. The breakfast was oriented towards Chinese. Most of the common areas did in the hotel did not have the aircon switched on. The room aircon wasn't very efficient, but just okay.
