Cons: 請看體驗欄。另外,希望提供多些地下鐵路的詳細資料。
有關上述標題: (1)&(3) 距離地下鐵路站只需數分鐘路程 (容易找)。只是晚上附近街道照明較弱(可能與附近道路施工有關),幸好通往酒店其中一段小路為車路,經常有車輛駛入(要小心,因是背向的)及行入出入,所以感覺不太危險及不用摸黑回酒店。(2) &(4)員工態度有禮。因早到達,亦可安排提早入住。房間空調出問題,亦能第一時間安排師傅檢查及解釋,處事效率快捷。應部份網友建議向酒店要求高樓層,提出後亦能代為安排,景觀一流。至於迎賓飲料,酒店方面最好預先準備一份可提供的迎新飲料列表,否則每每聽到的回應是”此飲料並不包括在內”此句說話,另雙方氣氛十分尷尬。其實飲料(水果類)的選擇已不多,加上大家並不祈望什麼烈酒(XO…等)/紅酒/白酒或雞尾酒這類驚喜飲料。只是水果類,何不大方一點,否則,乾脆免除這服務。 總括,這酒店是值得再次入住的。

Hotel has a bad restaurant. For being Novotel, I expected that they would have a better restaurant.

not recommended - unfortable and bad service

hotel's airport pickup didnt know the hotel entrance and made me walk through a building at 1 am in freezing cold (this is after paying 600 yuan for taxi), room had moderate decor (gives the feel of cheap hotel), power points are pathetic half of them doesnt works or loose - too many switches next to bed and you will keep fiddling with them endlessly to make room dark, beds were hard and uncomfortable, hotel service was pathetic - front desk had bad english (only the bell boy service was good), there are hotel clearners everywhere blocking ur way they even enter inside the elevator while guest is inside - lift for room are hidden somewhre behind 200 meter from entrance its funny - overall bad experience and will never go there again.

Location: Nicht viel, touristisch interessant ist der alte Teil Shanghais. Aber die Taxen sind billig und eine U-Bahnstation ist in der Nähe.
Die Angestellten sind sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich.

我沒住過床都是塵蟎的星級飯店!床一躺下來我整個過敏,一進房地毯是濕的但卻沒有積極想幫客人解決,後來因為太髒雖然換房,但床一樣都是塵!很不可思議!但是前台態度還不錯!

I noticed that you talked that there were no good nearby restaurants. I would like to share with you that actually there are a number of good restaurants in Pudong Avenue. Also, we have four restaurants in hotel for your choice. Deli Shop is on the ground floor, which offers homemade fresh pastries, delicious and healthy salads, sandwiches and other dishes for a quick meal. Square Restaurant is located on the second floor, offering Western, Asian cuisines and Brazilian BBQ and A la carte health menu. Golden Shark Chinese Restaurant is on the fourth floor, which offers Shanghai, Cantonese and Sichuan dishes. Last but not the least important, Art 50 Revolving Restaurant is located on the top floor, featuring Asian & Western specialties with a 360 degrees panoramic view of Shanghai city.
