floor flooded

During the stay, I was slipped in my room and hurt my lower back. THe reason is due to the room was flooded during my shower. I can't believe it happened to 4 to 5 star hotel. The staff did help to clean afterwards, but it's really inconvient and it hurts my lower back and noboday seemed to have a concern about that. It's a bad experience to stay in Sheraton Shanghai.

酒店具國際水準,甫進大堂就感受到,寬敞明亮、整潔舒適、服務專業貼心。 交通方便,門口就是地鐵4號線塘橋站。 酒店周邊环境一般,无景观可言。

Daran denken, Badekappen mitzunehmen, ohne wird man nicht in den Pool gelassen! Sehr seltsam. Es werden auch keine vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt (das könnte man def. mal ändern!), sondern man muss sich diese kaufen!
