Stay here for excellent hotel staff - Melanie, Zora, Sharon, and the whole team really elevate this hotel vs competitors. The location is super cool and there's a fun area right across with shops, restaurants, a couple of craft beer places, and a cocktail bar, all in front of the mall. Every hotel around here has the location but the staff is the differentiator.

The Langham Shanghai was the perfect location to walk and explore the city. The room was large and full of modern amenities. I would stay again if I go back to the city.

The hotel is very good in all area. All the hotel staffs are very helpful. One of the in the diner is very attentive, after two morning at the end of my breakfast, I request a cup of boil water, on following morning she would bring my boil water at the end of breakfast without the need for me asking. She is call Angel, such attentive staff, she deserve a promotion!!

Pleasant stay but housekeeping needs to be better.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and gym, pool service for tip top. However housekeeping threw away my regular medications that was on the table and some empty boxes for fragile bottles which I intended to use them for my final day packing of my luggage.

First time staying in Langham hotels and will def be back. The location of the hotel is good right in the middle of 新天地 with many dining options. The service of the staff is top notch from reception to the door staff and housekeeping lady. Will highly recommend this hotel!
