First of all, there was water in the bathroom leaking every day. They said they fixed it , but I have pictures to prove otherwise. I also skipped and bruised my shoulder. It was terrible. There was no microwave as well. We could not heat up our food. We paid in advance for two meals and they said we only paid for room. There was no mention of food included on my receipt unfortunately. I will ask for partial refund from Expedia .

Great hotel
Honestly, I was sceptical booking this hotel when I read some of the reviews but am glad I did book it.The price is great, the staff are excellent people, always willing to help with a smile on their face. We enjoyed our stay and we looking forward to coming back in about a year

Hard to find hotel with overstated amenities
Great Breakfast; Nice Manager who listened to our complaints. Otherwise a disaster........ I experienced an extraordinary rude front desk, barraged with calls for payment of prepaid services, my room had an unrepaired broken sink at check in (which was never repaired). We had no router in our room (we had paid extra for a room upgrade). Our WIFI with a router installed was finally "fixed" after 24 hour...... to then realize that we had a signal but such limited bandwidth that we could not send text emails. WIFI signal but no ability to do anything. I completed a list of 15 problems and the manager was great in listening. I still, however, left the hotel paying for services that were never delivered. I am a seasoned international traveler---rarely have have I experienced such a aggressive and rude frontline staff (who persisted in this behavior even after I had spoken to the manager). He promised to discipline them. I have never needed to speak to a hotel manager twice ever in any of my hotel (given I was only there for 34 hours---even more concerning) I felt badly for the kind manager who was clearly embarrassed by his threatening staff and the poorly delivered customer services from his front line staff. This will all the more embassassing since I had booked an upgraded room---the Ambassador suite.

The hotel staff are really great. There is a parking issue but the staff are helpful and manage it really well. Came back to hotel at 2 am and nowhere to park except what looked like a no-parking area. On entering the hotel staff proactively asked where I parked and offered to re-park my car advising that I would get fined there. Room is reasonable size and clean.

فندق سيئ للغايه
مستوى النظافة سيئ وبه حشرات زاحفه وهذه الفندق مرخص فندق عادي بدون اي نجمه وفي برنامج هوتيل دوت كوم حاصل على ثلاث نجوم من تقيم الزوار ولاكن لا يستحق هذه التقيم هوه اسوء بكثير وجميع صور الفندق قديمه ويجب اعادة تصوير الفندق من جديد

geen aangenaam verblijf en niet hygienisch
we hebben helaas niet erg ontspannen ons verblijf ervaren. Er was precies bij het hotel een bouwput. De eerste nacht hebben we helemaal niet kunnen slapen. om 3:00 in de nacht hoorde we al het gebonk van de bouw werkzaamheden. 8:00 in de ochtend zijn we naar de receptie gegaan en hebben we hierover geklaagd. We kregen een andere kamer. Het was tevens een upgrade. Maar helaas waren we niet tevreden met de hygiëne. Het hotel heeft zeker onderhoud nodig. Badkamer smerig, wcbril en douchegordijn aan vervanging toe.Smerige gordijnen,oude handdoeken, lakens. Koelkast deed het niet. We kregen een andere. En nog een verschrikkelijke nadeel. Het hotel wordt ook verhuurd aan expats. De meeste expats zijn Aziaten indiers. Als je niet tegen kerrie/kurrie en hele sterke kruiden geuren kan dan zou ik hier ook zeker niet verblijven. De geuren zijn zo vies en sterk dat ze ook jou eigen kamer inkomen. Hierdoor stinkt het ongelofelijk. Kortom het was geen aangenaam verblijf. Locatie was perfect. Alles dichtbij.

Наилучшее предложение по соотношению Качество/Цена для категории One Bedroom Twin, 44 кв. м. кухня + большой холодильник и возможность приготовления пищи для тех кто не пользуется рестораном и предпочитает готовить - это гораздо дешевле. Если хотите хороший ресторан - отель не подойдет. Останавливаются в основном арабы и негры. Русских 2 - 3 номера из 120. Бесплатный WiFi Бесплатный трансфер на муниципальный пляж (есть раздевалка и душ, но лежаки и грибочки платные) или платный пляж отеля Golden Beach. Но если вас только двое могут не повезти, скажут водитель болен. При заезде посмотрите чтобы работал холодильник. Заставьте сменить шторы (они пыльные), почистить кондиционер, вымыть окна на балкон с внешней стороны, заменить сковородку и кастрюлю. Не скупитесь на чаевые и у вас всегда будет чисто. В Дубай трансфера нет. Рядом хороший продуктовый магазинчик MegaMart, чуть дальше Mega Moll, рыбный и фруктовый рынок. Рядом отель Nova Park. В 2.30 там останавливается автобус, который возит в City Center Шарджи.

الفندق والرائحة النتنه..
صالة الاستقبال في الفندق محدثه بشكل تتناغم فيه البيئة مع الحداثة و يتمازج شلال الماء الصناعي واللوحات الجميله فيما بينها لتعطيك إيحاء رائعا سرعان ما ينتهي ريثما تضع قدمك ع عتبة المصعد حيث تستقبلك الرائحة النتنه وترافقك لأروقة الفندق ولن تعتقك أبدا حتى دخولك الغرفة والتي تصل للغرفة عن طريق جهاز التبريد المركزي وفي تصوري هي رائحة السجائر المتشبع بها الفندق والعالقة ف أروقة الفندق وغرفه وكل زاوية فيه وهذا ما جعلني أفتح نافذة الغرفة التي استأجرتها طوال الليل لأستنشق هواء نقيا خاليا من السموم ولحسن حظي كانة رحلة عمل استغرقة ليلة واحدة لا أكثر.

Fint hotel - men langt væk, og dårlig pool
Hotellet var helt fint. Der var rent, god service. Det som var ærgerligt var at det lå langt ude, så man skulle tage taxa hvis man skulle spise fx. Priserne på hotellet var nemlig ret høje. Derudover så var 80 % af poolområdet dækket af skygge, og de sidste 20 % var der kun sol på indtil kl. 13. Det var lidt irriterende.
