Nice hotel. Attached beach is beautiful. But far from Dubai. Hard to get Transportaion to and from Dubai downtown. Staffs should be nicer.

This property was very clean, the wokers was very courteous and very helpful. The restaurant food was very unacceptable. Food from breakfast is served at lunch and dinner. At dinner even water is not available. It's for purchase and you're not allowed to bring your own. My daughter in law 4 years old daughter didn't eat her breakfast, we decided to bring 2 dry rolls to our room. We were treated like criminals. We didn't even leave the table and like 5 staff circle us like detectives. We felt very embarrassed n harassed. I understand their's policy but it could have been handled differently. The staff was just doing what the supervisor instructed.. i would not recommend

Lovely resort. The hotel is a little dated, we had a corner suite and the paint was stripping off the wall - not a biggie but it’s Dubai so was unexpected. That said, it wasn’t overly priced so you get what you pay for. Pros - Gym was a definite bonus, everything you need to get a decent sesh in, pools great, beach access awesome, Cabanas super comfy, friendly staff, free shuttle to shopping malls is a pure gift!! and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Con’s - weird smell in our suite, not sure what it was but we couldn’t get rid of it. The buffet dinner was shocking - I mean terrible! The only thing good about dinner was the dessert, which I’m not a big sweet eater but it was really the only thing on offer. All in all, a nice budget resort

Hotel location on the beach is amazing Beautiful views of sunset at the beach. Meena Restaurant staff are amazing. Variety of foods for all meals. Bathrooms require major renovations. There is mold in bathroom that needs to be addressed. I recommend remediation using bleach, then caulking be applied to tiles on all bathroom walls. Love the hotel location but needs some TLC.

Excellent hotel. But you need to pay the all inclusive before you arrive because it can be pricey pay per meal like lunch and dinner. Cabana room excellent! TV channel not good very blurry where you can see image well. But I had my computer with Netflix so it was not a big deal for me.

The hotel is beautiful and so the rooms. The beach and the sea view - just amazing. The staff is very nice, all of them, Shahed #1, yoga&zumba instructor were very proffesional. Very good food. We could not have found any better place to stay.

The location proximity of the hotel to the beach was amazing. The staff in the restaurants Mahmouda & Chef Maurice at Meena restaurant and Adel & Mustafa at La Bamba were very nice and welcoming. Wifi at the beach was great. Our 2 major issues were mold in our bathroom on shower wall and a cocktail in my Mother’s room the last night of our stay.

The rooms were dated and the bathroom was really bad. Shower & tub were not cleaned & paint chipping off door, etc. The housekeeping staff were nice enough, but never brought clean supplies even when we made a point of asking. Tbey didnit understand English it seems. We never had hot water the 1st night, and the the technician said it was hot enough, but it wasn't even lukewarm. We requested a late checkout on tbe last day, which they accepted, then they locked us out of our room when we tried to retrieve our luggage. The guy pn the front desk said we didn't ask for a late check out, when we clearly did. No one knew what the other staff members were doing or had approved. We really, really wanted to enjoy our stay, as it's on a lovely beach, but honestly, we wouldn't stay here again!

On a future occasion, please do not hesitate to contact the reception desk for anything you may need, the team will do its utmost to find an immediate solution. Very helpful staff - Good location next to the sea
All the staff were very helpful and I was very happy with the room I booked. I would stay in this hotel again if I was going back to Dubai.
