Pros: friendly staff and allmost everthing except the food
Cons: food
Location: the square down the road was very bright at night time, worth a visit
firstly, we did not know that in fact there where Two Hilton Hotels on this site. Hilton and upper Hilton. We stayed at the one close to the beach. Firstly the staff where all great and friendly and the Animation team superb allthough a bit loud for us. Then we comto the rooms which where ok alltough a bit small and no bath and a tiny balcony but on the whole allright and cleaned daily by hard working staff. The food was good at breakfast time but not so good the rest of the time and once again the staff where brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. You are allowed to use all of the facillities of both hotels including the resturants which was good. The pool was very good and clean. Overall we found this hotel good and we would return as it gave us good value.

Hilton - Sharks Bay

Pros: Location
This is a fabulous hotel, staff are great, food is delicious and rooms are suburb. Can't fault it.

great chill out hotel

Pros: The friendliness of staff and feeling like a valued guest.
Cons: not a lot
Location: main thing about the location is being able to go snorkelling straight off thebeach
fantastic repeat stay. The staff very friendly and helpful and ideal for snorkelling. As a single traveller, I felt totally safe. booked to go back again.

Nice hotel, the beach side is better

Pros: quiet beach side location, food well presented.
Cons: rooms need refitting, attitude of the reception staff.
Location: quiet location, walk to shops is ok.
reception staff surly and unhelpful all others in the restaurant and bar, beach and entertainment staff are very nice, the food was hot and well cooked not a huge selection but ok. The hotel was very clean some of the rooms had been upgraded but lots more and ours needs a refit. Be aware if you had booked an internet holiday the hotel will expect you to give them 50 euros and card details when you book in, we had a huge row and refused I gave them in the end £40 cash which after a meeting with a manager was given back to me when we departed, if you give them card details they will refund 14 days after you have departed. Stand your ground as this not right, thanks for warning us expedia !! To summerise, good hotel, very clean and simple not flash but very quiet for a restful holiday, if you want fun and noise sit by the main pool

Very nice hotel

Pros: The room was nice and housekeeping was very good, the food, the facilities
Cons: The air con was noisy as was the music by the pool
Location: There's not much to do or see, the beach is tiny although the snorkelling is amazing. This was fine with us as we planned to have a lazy pool holiday.
Food was good with a varied menu daily, the facilities are excellent with with 7 pools to chose from. Most of the staff are very helpful and accommodating. It was exactly what we expected from a four star all inclusive.

Our first visit to Eygpt

Location: Soho Square - amazing!
I had been recommended The Hilton by my daughter-in-law. I was very impressed by the kindness of the staff, especially in the food hall, bar and the young man who cleaned our room. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was to die for, it was only the thought of going down to the beach area that got me up in the morning. The view over the Red Sea was amazing. The beach is only small but they have made raised sand areas, which I prefered than actually sitting on a beach - you had a much better view of the surroundings. It was the beginning of March and the temperature went up to 90 degrees. The bonus was the light warm breeze that made sun bathing pleasureable. We had no tummy upsets as people had predicted, the staff cleaned continually and there were hand bacteria sprays in every entrance of the hotel. I wasn't expecting too much when it came to food, but they even scored a 5 with that. Of course there will be food that doesn't suit you, but you would have to be a fussy eater not to find anything to eat. I loved breakfast. Even my husband who is hard to please was surprised by the variety of food. Within 24 hours he had smile on his face, I knew he was going to enjoy his holiday. We made friends with some of the people which helped us feel at home. I would recommend The Hilton to anyone, I could find no fault. Also, I had read the trip advisor so I knew how negative some guests were about their stay. Thankfully I agree with with the majority and will be returning next year

Fab All Inclusive Comfortable Hotel

Just got back from a week at the Hilton Sharks Bay, was a great trip, Hotel was perfect in terms of location and layout. We stayed at the newer part at the back of the hotel, great room, poolside balcony and everything we could need. Facilities are excellent, Buffet food at all times was great, some reviews have criticised but we found it great, you get what you pay for, its not fine dining its an al inclusive package but can obviously not live up to everybody's standards but we had no problems! Only minor issue was the interruptions when you were at poolside and even at the beach for reps trying to book spa treatments and excursions, obviously this is the culture in Sharm but had expected to avoid that inside the hotel complex. Overall though was a fab break, thanks for being a part of that !

Great sfaff and fantastic value for money.

Excellent staff, work very hard to make you welcome and go the extra mile. Don't be put off by its proximity to the airport, commute was around 20mins by taxi and planes departing / landing not a problem for me or the wife. Entertainment was ok, would be ideal for kids as the pool was heated after the 1st couple of days, and was shallow enough for a paddle or swim. Would I spend my money here again... Most definatly.
