Fantastic Hotel. Facilities were fantasticPosted Dec 18, 2013
Pros: Everything. There were three pools, plenty of bars that were always open providing us with drinks and snacks. The resort itself is beautiful.
Cons: Food could be improved slightly
Location: Soho Square is a 5 min walk away, the beach is very close. Soho is a beautiful place to hang out, the music water fountain is spectacular
Had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The facilities were fantastic and very accommodating for children. The staff were amazing, warm, friendly and genuine. One week was not long enough cant wait to go back to this resort, I cannot fault it in anyway. Thankyou to everyone at Hilton Sharks Bay for a holiday of a lifetime. See you in few months!

Great resort and fantastic people!!Posted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: We liked the location to Soho Square, the staff, the food and the fact it was family friendly.
Cons: The Wifi was poor but that could be considered a good thing if you are looking to avoid the office.
Location: Soho Square is a 3 min walk and has lots of good shops, entertainment and food places. The private beach is small but perfect.
The hotel were prompt in replying to our emails before the trip and arranging transport for the five of us plus many bags for a very reasonable cost (£10). It is close to the airport but hassle free using their service. We had 2 rooms next to each other as the connecting rooms had gone, but we did book late. The staff were brilliant. Very courteous and could not do enough to help you and superb in the main restaurant (Yusuf is a great guy). We were offered any number of sight seeing, spa and diving services but never in a pushy or hassling way. The cleaner (Gomal) was flexible so we could use pool shower and then he would clean our room and leave towel swans. The kids club was run by a great young lady and the animation team put on many activities and were full of energy.

great hotel.Posted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: there was great space and not on top of one another. if though the otherside was closed for refurbishment there was lots of space.
Cons: i think the childrens food section needs to be updated.
Location: we were right by Soho Square so we were able to pop in if needed.
we had a great time. my 7 year old thoroughly loved it and we would definitely go back, all staff very friendly and helpful.

awesome resortPosted Oct 30, 2013
Location: Soho square Beach Water sports
the location of this resort is really nice, Soho square is a 5 min walk from it, the pool is the biggest I have seen by far, rooms are quiet big with big bathrooms, landscape is very decent. the beach is really nice and there is a water sports store. snorkeling is breathtaking in these waters. the resort was in the other side of the road but there is a shuttle bus to take you to the private beach every 20 min or so. the food was very decent, I really liked it there.

Great hotel but service was notPosted Oct 19, 2013
I have VIP status but found that it didn't mean anything, this was my second stay in this hotel, the first time was great but this time it left a lot more to be desired.

friendly hotel with nice snorkelling at own beachPosted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: friendly atmosphere, nice pool and own beach with coral riffs (good for snorkelling), location
Cons: Details - overall picture is fine but few small things are downgrading it (malfunction of bathroom's doorlock, broken bin, poor wifi, alarm clock...
Location: Nice hotel for snorkelling, professional diving centre, 5-7 min walking distance to Soho Centre
All 9-nights stay with my family at this resort was really pleasant, if you are not spoilt with expensive 5* hotels - this place should be ok to you and your wallet.

Good friendly welcoming hotelPosted Jun 7, 2013
Pros: Staff were excellent
Location: Very close to airport
Staff were absolutely excellent. Hotel needs updating in places. Food was average, should be improved as it is all-inclusive and no where else to go. Work in progress next door to hotel-noisy at sea-front. Overall a very pleasant stay!
