Nice hotel

Had a great stay at marriott sharm. Brilliant staff, clean hotel and close to beach and cafes. The only negatives were - There wasn't a big choice for food. And 3 of the 5 plugs in our room wouldn't work with an adaptor. Overall a really good hotel. Wifi at pool and on our room terrace.

This was my wife's first trip without our children and the hotel staff bent over backwards to ensure we had an amazing stay. From the moment we were greeted by Islam on the front desk to when we left we had a great time. If we were not obliged to return home we would have happily extended our stay.

We stayed in the mountain side hotel from Sep 7 to Sep 12, 2014. We had a GREAT time at the Marriott . The staff were very friendly. Special thank YOU to Yasser at the front desk for speeding up our check in process (keep smiling :)) and to Mr. Amgad (Executive Chief ) for the Great hospitality. The food was awesome. Can't thank the animation team enough, specially GIOVANIIII you rock man. Will come back next year isa. I would recommend the Marriott to EVERYONE

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel the only downside was the loud continual music around the pool can make it feel a bit like an teenagers disco ,the animation team won't take no for an answer and you have no chance of a seat in the dining room at breakfast after 930 am ,that being said the staff try really hard to make you stay as comfortable as possible ,and the guest relations lady is very helpful

The food was very bad and the service was very bad. the reception insist to charge me the dinner even my booking was half board.

Pros: The beach is great.
Cons: The premises, the furniture, and the food.
The staff try very, very hard to make everything pleasant. Sadly, the premises is falling into decrepitude. The clientele in summer are of the noisy kind. The food is not fabulous. Still, overall, it is better than the Sharm Hilton, I should think

No ramps for baby strollers moving from mountain view rooms till reaching the beach a hell of stairs and no other alternate lifts to help

Very good hotel, getting a little dated though.

Overall, very good, no problems as such, and I'd be happy to go back again. Grounds are nicely watered and maintained. Some smaller minor points: wifi is free in the reception/buffet area, but not in the rooms. Hotel is a little dated in terms of maintenance. some cracks in the near pool area floor tiles. Some are polished, so watch out when the're wet.

Pros: On Neama bay. We liked the Italian restaurant.
Cons: Should be cleaner
Pools are nice, though service was not very good as one person serving the whole pool area with some 50 people,
