It was very bad experience to stay at Marriot

Cons: train the stuff
The food was very bad and the service was very bad. the reception insist to charge me the dinner even my booking was half board.

Pros: The beach is great.
Cons: The premises, the furniture, and the food.
The staff try very, very hard to make everything pleasant. Sadly, the premises is falling into decrepitude. The clientele in summer are of the noisy kind. The food is not fabulous. Still, overall, it is better than the Sharm Hilton, I should think

No ramps for baby strollers moving from mountain view rooms till reaching the beach a hell of stairs and no other alternate lifts to help

Very good hotel, getting a little dated though.

Overall, very good, no problems as such, and I'd be happy to go back again. Grounds are nicely watered and maintained. Some smaller minor points: wifi is free in the reception/buffet area, but not in the rooms. Hotel is a little dated in terms of maintenance. some cracks in the near pool area floor tiles. Some are polished, so watch out when the're wet.

Pros: On Neama bay. We liked the Italian restaurant.
Cons: Should be cleaner
Pools are nice, though service was not very good as one person serving the whole pool area with some 50 people,

Average hotel on busy tourist spot

The hotel is comfortable, staff are helpful, but it isn't anything special. A bit dated, and on a busy area full of hotels. Beach is nice, but I had wanted to be able to snorkel from the beach and there is no house reef, so I moved to another hotel after 2 days. Restaurants are mostly empty and uninviting and seem expensive. Breakfast was good.

Cons: All from the door to the end
Location: Excellent location close to everything
"I met some of the worst of my age Resorts Especially services staff requests the beach takes hours. It's make not go there from the 2time ,

Poor to average experience

Our toilet leaked and flooded, had to change room. Extremely unhelpful general staff, they all understand English when they need to otherwise they don't speak a word of! For any help contact directly the customer relations, they are the only people who appeared to be able to communicate, understand and accommodate guests in a polite and helpful manner.
