Great staff, lots of extras, nice royal savoy private areas separate to the main Savoy, great reef to snorkel off , lovely comfortable beds, excellent massage therapists Not so good, fairly average food,noisy aircon units This hotel owes its charm to its very helpful and friendly staff.

I had a perfect time in royal savoy . But internet speed and wireless signal in rooms and around the pool and beach is very poor . I hop the hotel manegment fix that.

Pros: Luxurious without being overly opulent. Staff were so so attentive. Lobby is being renovated which will give an even better first impression.
Location: Within a stone's throw of Soho Square which has lots of shops and restaurants. Free (and guaranteed) from all the usual harassment so a real pleasure.
Amazing few days in Royal Savoy in Sharm. First time we'd been to Sharm and it won't be our last. Fear we'll have to return here though as I doubt many other hotels there will match. Amazingly friendly staff, great location, just what we needed for a quick get away for the two of us. No children under the age of 12 allowed in this hotel but adjoins the Savoy so close enough if you wanted an injection of family life!

Cons: Some of the restaurants weren't open.
Location: Smashing private area of the beach.
Excellent quality of service from all of the staff. Stayed on B&B basis, but from midday onwards there were complimentary soft drinks, Egyptian wines and beers (pretty good!) tea, coffee and snacks. Small cakes were left in our room each day, and plenty of fruit. Not the cheapest hotel, but all of the extras made it very good value for money.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
A fantastic retreat in the Red Sea. A private beach, attentive service and superb service along with a fantastic array of facilities makes this a very special place to visit. The snorkelling from the beach was like jumping into an aquarium. Truely breathtaking.

Amazing holiday, amazing staff, Mohammed looked after our every need on the beach, sometimes before I'd even asked! Micheal and Anna, best hotel hosts ever experienced, couldn't do enough for us, warm, caring, professional, just on it all the time, who ever is leading this business has something to teach many other hotels. We will be back soon and recommending to friends and family. 2 things to improve: building work noise sometime a bit irritating but assume completed by March and did not spoil overall experience and get in some real coffee beans, otherwise absolutely perfect - thank you!!!! : )

A fantastic holiday made such by the exceptional level of service provided by all staff. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel excellent. The pool staff, restaurant staff and reception staff could not be faulted. All very friendly. Even though the Royal Savoy is part of the larger Savoy complex our stay felt very personal as if only a handful of guests were in the hotel. The private pools and restaurant for Royal Savoy guests meant no children and a very personal touch from staff. A famous UK actress was staying there too during our stay. Only slight down side was building works still on going and did sometimes disturb a morning lie in, but the standard of service with the quality of accommodation and amenities, surpassed any inconvenience caused. Probably the best holiday we have had from a service perspective.
