Would go there again!Posted Feb 26, 2014
Pros: Food, multiple swimming pools, and location.
Cons: Change bed mattress!
Location: It's right on the beach and within 20 mins walk of the market street of Naema Bay (5 mins by bus).
The hotel is in excellent condition. Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties. Sea is within walking distance, so it was easy for us to go on any water activities. Free shuttle service is provided to take us to and from Naema Bay (service running until 11:00pm). When we first arrived, we were given a room with obstructed view. So, we asked "Mena" at the reception to find us a room with a better view. He kindly had us relocated to another room with pool view. Room was cleaned daily and the upkeep of the hotel is excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress. It wasn't conformable at all. Other than that, everything else was great!

Fantastic location and servicePosted Feb 13, 2014
Pros: Comfort, service, location.
Cons: Dinner options seemed limited and not good value.
Location: Focused on waterspouts, particularly diving and snorkelling. Found dinghy sailing and windsurfing also on offer.
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was stunning (best in Naama Bay, I think) and having a coral reef as part of huge hotel a treat for snorkelling.

Nice All-Inclusive with surprisingly good foodPosted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: Generally, just quite good. Nice staff and decent food. Very comfy beds.
Cons: Size of safe, closing times, variety of food (not an issue for stays of <1 week).
Location: Have to taxi shuttle/taxi to Naama Bay. Don't pay more than 20 Egyptian for the taxi.
Nice hotel, generally Russian or English clientele - though was only about 50% capacity at the time. Good staff, though get those small tips in regularly to get upgraded to non-watered down beer/actually have some rum in your Cuba Libre... All-Inclusive generally finishes around midnight, so if you want to keep drinking you have to start paying (/tipping harder). Food was actually quite nice, unlike most All-Inclusives I've been at - but was definitely bored of it by around day 8. Biggest piece of tech you'll fit in the safe is an iPad, just so you know. Gym is very good, but (obviously) get there just before the sun goes down because it's not big.

A MAZING A MAZING HOTEL AND STAFFPosted Dec 27, 2013
Pros: THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY TO YOU & THE ROOM WAS CLEANED EVERYDAY & THE COMPLEX HOTEL WAS ALWAYS CLEAN. THE RESTAURANTS WITH THE FOOD WAS AMAZING
Cons: THE WIFI IN THE ROOM A LITTLE BIT MORE BETTER.
Location: THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO AROUND THERE YOU OR HAVE TO GO THERE FOR YOURSELF AND SEE IT.
WHEN I GOT TO THE HOTEL YOU GOT GREETED AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE STRAIGHT AWAY IT WAS VERY FRIENDLY HOTEL STRAIGHT AWAY. THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING YOU DIDN'T NEED TO GO OUT OF THE COMPLEX IT HAD EVERYTHING THERE FOR YOU IF YOU WANTED A RELAXING HOLIDAY WHAT I WAS INTERESTED IN. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SCUBA DIVING IT HAD A MAZING CORAL REEF AROUND THE BEACH AREA. IF YOU WAS INTERESTED IN THE SPAR ROOM OR THE FITNESS FACILITY OR THE NIGHT CLUD AND SHOPS WHAT WAS IN SIDE THE HOTEL AND IT HAD A SMALL GOLF RANGE IN THE COMPLEX BUT THERE'S ONE THING I HAVEN'T SAID YET THEY HAD SOME AMAZING RESTAURANTS IN THE HOTEL A VARIATION OF FOOD 4 A VARIATION OF PEOPLE. CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM AND THE COMPLX WAS AMAZING YOUR ROOM WAS CLEANED EVERYDAY AND YOU ALWAYS SEE STAFF CLEANING AROUND THE HOTEL COMPLEX. EVERY TIME YOU SEE A MEMBER OF STAFF THEY ALWAY SAY HELLO TO YOU AND ARE INTERESTED IF YOU ARE HAVING A GREAT HOLIDAY FOR ME I TRAVEL A LOT TO DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND I THINK THIS IS VERY GOOD WHEN YOU SEE THE STAR OF VERY HAPPY AND ENJOYING THEIR WORK SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Excellent Hotel, Great ServicePosted Nov 16, 2013
Pros: Service, Pool, Spa, Views
Location: Naama bay is near by if you like hustle and bustle. Go snorkling off hotel jetty, we saw a large octopus hugging the coral!
Really great hotel, hard to fault. If I had to be critical, rooms were only let down by poor pillows and limited choice when I asked for alternative. Breakfast was ok/good but not great. Pancakes were awful. Their pastry chef is excellent though. Hotel location is not by a beach and the jetty into the ocean is straight into deep water. The service at this hotel is superb. I havent experienced hospitality like this except in Thailand. Lots of communication with guest relations who are keen to hear what you have to say. The restaurant manager was brilliant as was Hassan who organised our days out.

Truly a 5 star resortPosted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: Service with a smile from everyone. The management has their act together.
Cons: The entertainment is average and loud but only lasts until 10 so bearable if you are not watching it by the pool.
Location: It is on a point by itself and that is really nice. There are a myriad of things to do on the ocean especially Ras Mohamed Underwater Sanctuary.
This is a wonderful Sharm resort/hotel. It has a wonderful selection of pools, sandy areas and a superb coral reef. The staff are over the top good, and attentive, and very friendly. The breakfast buffet is also very nice and diverse. Eating at the same buffet for dinner is less nice, but if you are on the all costs covered plan then this is what they offer. The other restaurants are very nice especially the Asian one that is right on the ocean. The beach bar and grill has great food including great cheese burgers and fries. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The English language TV fare is limited, but then you are not there to sit in your room. The upper swimming pool is perhaps the cleanest, clearest, freshest large pool I have ever seen in 40 years of travel. You can see underwater the entire length of 40 meters as if the water was not there. A must see to believe. On Expedia we got a wonderful rate for a double deluxe room on the upper most floor.

NicePosted Sep 11, 2013
Lovely hotel and not too far from Naama Bay. Has a nice small area of private beach.. very tiny, but beautiful.
