Pros: Can't think of anything favorite. Won't stay here again, that's for sure.
Cons: It is designed for the large tour operators, with large package deals for groups. Not ideal for the individual traveler.
Location: Location is good, however, taxis cannot access the front of the hotel. Close to many restaurants, however.
The hotel is a series of buildings on the side of a hill. Rooms closest to the front of the hotel are very noisy to the wee hours of the morning from nightclubs nearby (techno-beat till 3 in the morning). The rooms up on the hill top are a long vertical walk/climb from the lobby. They are quieter however. Hotel staff have little or very poor English. They also do not smile very much, and give the impression that you are bothering them when you have a question or a request.

Need extra people at the service desk!!!!!Posted Jun 18, 2009
Upon arriving at the hotel, I gave the (one) guy at the front desk my itinerary and my passport. I was asked to sit while he sorted out my reservation. While sitting, at least 50 other people came to the desk, and each person's issues/needs were handled in front of mine, not to mention all the phone calls that were answered as well. After getting checked in, of course, the bell person was RIGHT THERE to help me with my bags - for Bakshish, of course!! The trek to my room took me uphill at least 50 meters over a 200 meter stretch, and then there was an elevator ride in between. The views were great from the upper area of the complex, and the pool (one of 4) was very near my room. I used a SCUBA dive company that was just around the corner from the hotel, so that was very convenient. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and I would stay there again. I just hope the guy at the front desk gets some help... soon!!!
